Zendaya and Tom Holland celebrated their wedding on August 4 with a small reception at the Beaverbrook Hotel in Surrey, UK, after months of rumors that they had secretly tied the knot.
But after that, the Spider-Man costars haven’t been seen since as they appear to have disappeared from public life to enjoy their honeymoon.
This is fitting when Zendaya told Elle Magazine early this year that after promoting her new projects – The Drama, The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day and her final season of Euphoria – she had to “take a little break.”
Now the Daily Mail has learned that the lovebirds are nesting in an ultra-exclusive neighborhood in Northern California.
The Hollywood actress and the leading lady – who are both 30 years old – from Britain spend their free time in the bedroom community of Tiburon, across the bay from San Francisco.
“There have been a lot of Zendaya and Tom sightings in Tiburon since they got married,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“They’re often spied on Main Street, which is lined with restaurants, cafes, high-end boutiques and even a movie theater, which is currently showing their new Spider-Man movie as well as her movie The Odyssey — that must feel weird to them. It’s like their summer of love in a small town.”

The actress and lead actor (both 30) spent their free time in the bedroom community of Tiburon, just across the Bay from San Francisco.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both Zendaya and Netherlands for comment.
The area is ultra luxurious. Tiburon has two private yacht clubs, a private tennis club and several parks, with residents having an average income of $250,000 per year.
There are also two police stations in the area – in Tiburon and the connected Belvedere Island – and only a two-lane road in and out holding up traffic.
In Tiburon, Zendaya and her husband behave like locals.
“They were spotted at Salt And Pepper restaurant on Main Street having a nice lunch in hand while wearing sunglasses and a cap to fly under the radar,” a local resident told the Daily Mail.
“They ate salads, sandwiches and soft drinks before leaving a generous cash tip.”
And in the morning, they can be spotted grabbing cappuccinos at the trendy Malibu Farm eatery or walking their dogs along the Shoreline trail, which offers views of San Francisco. They were also spotted dining at the cozy VIP back table at the bayside Caprice restaurant.
“A lot of people don’t recognize them because Zendaya wears wigs and hats, so she doesn’t look like herself,” the locals added.
“Also, there are a lot of older people here, the average age is around fifty, so they don’t even know who Zendaya and Tom Holland are. They’re like who? What have they been in? They have no idea and they don’t care.
“Most people in Tiburon don’t see movies like Spider-Man. They read sailboat magazines or look at their financial portfolios.’
And they appear to be more than visitors, as Zendaya has reportedly purchased a home in Tiburon worth $5 million.
“Everyone thinks she spent a lot of money buying a house with a view of San Francisco,” a second source, who is in the real estate industry, told the Daily Mail.

“No one can find the exact address, but rumor has it she was given a house not far from where Robert Redford lived.”
Film icon Redford – who starred in films as diverse as The Great Gatsby and Spy Game – used to own a luxury cottage on Mar East Drive overlooking picturesque Angel Island, but he sold the property in December 2024 for $4.65 million before passing away in 2025.
“There are many beautiful mansions in Tiburon and the nearby Belvedere area,” the source added. “She certainly had a lot of beautiful inventory to choose from that is both modern and private.”
The area is also known for being home to other celebrities, such as the late Robin Williams and the late I Love Lucy star Vivian Vance.
Other stars who have owned homes or currently live in the area include musician Carlos Santana, athlete Barry Bonds, writer Isabel Allende and Olympian Johnny Moseley.
There are also some big-name executives in zip code 94920, like Gary Friedman, the chairman and CEO of Restoration Hardware, who custom-built a hillside mansion in Belvedere.
The late billionaire technology mogul Tom Perkins also owned a large home in Belvedere when he was married to novelist Danielle Steel.
Stars like Sharon Stone (who owned a mansion in San Francisco when she married journalist Phil Bronstein) and Jane Fonda (a close friend of Redford’s) have also been spotted downtown.

Part of Tiburon’s appeal is that the city is just a 45-minute drive from Oakland, where Zendaya grew up.
That’s where the star attended Redwood Day School and the Oakland School for the Arts, and also where she trained at the California Shakespeare Theater in nearby Orinda.
At the age of 13, she began spending time in Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress, a move she is now uncomfortable with as she wishes she had attended high school.
“I don’t know how much choice I had,” Zendaya said during an interview with Vogue in 2024. “I have complicated feelings about children and fame and being in the public eye or being a child actor.
“I felt like I was in a very adult position: I became the breadwinner of my family very early on, and there were a lot of role changes, and I actually grew up a little bit,” Zendaya also told Vogue.
Mother Claire Stoermer and father Kazembe Ajamu Coleman were public school teachers in Oakland.
Zendaya and Holland — who met in 2016 during the movie Spider-Man: Homecoming — haven’t been very open about getting married.

She made no comment when she was spied wearing a gold wedding ring while promoting her film The Drama in early 2026.
Zendaya’s stylist Law Roach revealed in February that he had attended their wedding, but no one knew if he was joking. In June, Holland confirmed they had married when he said: “I’ve found my person, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.” Afterwards they held a reception near his British home in Kingston upon Thames.
Now the two can enjoy their honeymoon for a long time to come.
Zendaya won’t have to make any public appearances again until the end of the year, when she will promote Dune: Part 3. Next year she will voice Shrek and Fiona’s daughter Felicia in Shrek 5, and she has also signed on to play Ronnie Spector, the frontwoman of American girl group the Ronettes, in Be My Baby, a biopic based on Spector’s memoir.
Holland will also be making a biopic, as he will reportedly play legendary dancer Fred Astaire in a film about the working relationship he had with his sister and dance partner Adele.
