The 47-year-old actress, who shares her 20-year-old daughter Suri with her ex-husband Tom Cruise, took a boat trip with her new husband on Tuesday.
She made her romance with Yarmosky, 39, public last month by reposting images of them together that he uploaded to Instagram.
While spotted out on the lake this week, the Dawson’s Creek alum showed off her still-chiselled swimsuit body in a simple white bikini.
With her dark hair down, the Batman Begins star could be seen soaking up the sun, lounging on the deck next to her dashing lover.
Holmes beamed at Yarmosky and clutched his hands as she rose from the water and clambered back onto their ship.
