She styled the classic silhouette with white kitten heels and designer sunglasses with a brown tint.
Sweeney carried a brown leather purse with gold hardware to match the chain around her neck.
Her necklace was a custom creation with the initials “SB,” in an apparent tribute to her “billionaire” boyfriend Scooter Braun, 45.
However, Braun wasn’t by Sweeney’s side during her night out with friends at Harry’s Bar.

Sweeney landed in Venice earlier Wednesday, just in time for a whirlwind tour of red carpets and parties at the annual Italian festival.
She is attending the event in her role as ambassador for luxury make-up brand Armani Beauty, alongside supermodel Kendall Jenner, 30.
The Housemaid star made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived in a gold lace handkerchief top, which she teamed with cream Bermuda shorts.
The Venice Film Festival’s red carpet events kicked off on Wednesday with the premiere of British director Danny Boyle’s Ink, a drama about the rise of media mogul Rupert Murdoch.
It closes on September 12 with the Italian costume drama Dio Ride (God Laughs), written and directed by Giovanni Veronesi.
Stars expected to attend this year include Oasis’ Noel and Liam Gallagher, sisters Rooney and Kate Mara, Robert Pattinson, Penélope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem, Pamela Anderson, Sam Rockwell, John Malkovich, French actor Louis Garrel, South Korean actress Cho Yeo-jeong and American actress Ellen Burstyn, who will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Just a day earlier, Sweeney was spotted in Los Angeles, California with Braun, with whom she has been romantically linked since September 2025.

The couple was joined by Braun’s three children: Jagger Joseph, 11; Levi Magnus, nine; and Heart Violet, seven – who he shares with his ex-wife, Yael Cohen.
Braun was linked to the health activist back in 2013, and they tied the knot the following year, before welcoming Jagger in 2015.
Their second son, Levi, was born the following year, and their daughter Hart followed in 2018.
But in 2021, their marriage collapsed when Braun filed for divorce, which was finalized in 2022.
Sweeney looked remarkably affectionate with the Braun children on Monday afternoon as they took a walk after school before stopping for smoothies, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
It marked a major development in the couple’s romance, which began months after they met at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding in Venice last June.
Both Sweeney and Braun make frequent appearances on social media, with the blonde recently posting a photo of herself and the mogul dressed as Wonder Woman and Superman respectively.
In a snap shared to Instagram late last month, Sweeney wore a plunging Wonder Woman outfit that served as an echo Lynda Carter‘s classic 1970s turn as a superheroine.
Meanwhile, the 45-year-old music mogul showed off his own toned physique in a skintight Superman one-off as he posed next to his girlfriend.
