Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were spotted together on a rare outing weeks after their real-life relationship with their Full House co-stars was revealed.
The 40-year-old twin actresses-turned-fashion moguls were spotted together on Tuesday during an unusually casual outing ahead of New York Fashion Week.
The two stars opted for comfort during the low-key outing, as their billion-dollar fashion brand The Row will not be present during the biggest week in American fashion.
Mary-Kate opted for an all-black look, including a flowy top and relaxed fit jeans and leather strappy sandals.
Ashley wore a white T-shirt with baggy black shorts and a sweater around her neck while holding a pair of jeans.
The twins both wore sunglasses while their brunette locks were combed down the middle.

As previously mentioned, their luxury fashion house will not be showing at NYFW, but they are scheduled to present their Spring/Summer 2027 collection during Paris Fashion Week on September 30.
This comes weeks after the twins’ relationship with their Full House co-stars was revealed by their on-screen sister Jodie Sweetin in July.
The Olsen twins were just babies when they started playing Michelle Tanner, one of three children of Bob Saget’s widower character Danny Tanner.
Sweetin played the middle daughter Stephanie, a role she played from ages five to thirteen, while Candace Cameron played the firstborn, DJ.
After Full House, the Olsen twins plunged into an exciting adolescence of megawatt glamor and scandalous rumors before retiring from show business.
After escaping the frenzied glare of the spotlight in the 2000s, the now 40-year-old sisters have forged behind-the-scenes careers as fashion moguls, under the guidance of The Row.
Their retreat into privacy has created an aura of mystery around the topic of whether they remain friendly with their old Full House colleagues — a question Sweetin has now answered on the podcast Comics and kicks.
The Daily Mail reached out to a representative for the Olsen twins for comment at the time.

“Everyone is on good terms with them, but they were eight years old when this show ended,” Sweetin noted. “Then they made all these movies and all these things that I don’t know they always liked to do.”
When Full House ended, the Olsen twins rushed headlong into a whirlwind career of TV movies produced by their company Dualstar, which was run by their manager Robert Thorne until they turned 18 and became co-presidents themselves.
Sweetin noted that the twins “ran away from all of us at the age of eight,” while she herself was in the midst of her “formative years” on Full House from ages five to thirteen.
But at “eight years and before, you don’t remember that much, so it was like they had a relationship other than being on set all the time,” Sweetin said.
“They may not remember being two years old and us dragging them around and doing all these things, but I do.”
With a cast consisting of Lori Loughlin, John Stamos, Scott Weinger, Andrea Barber and Dave Coulier, Full House ran for no less than eight seasons from 1987 to 1995.
Sweetin also took a cursory look at the twins’ decision not to return for the Netflix reboot Fuller House, which ran for five seasons from 2016 to 2020.
‘They don’t want attention and I understand that. They had so much and were so invaded and so for public consumption, I completely understand why they don’t want to do that,” she said.

The twins’ globetrotting lives shooting Dualstar films – which took them back and forth between locations such as London, Paris, Rome and the Bahamas – was a regular fixture in the tabloids.
Then, just after they turned 18, news broke that Mary-Kate had been admitted to rehab for an unspecified health problem widely believed to be anorexia.
Although Mary-Kate herself never confirmed that she suffered from an eating disorder, her dramatic weight loss had already come under scorching public attention.
In 2004, the then 17-year-old twins had participated in an infamous interview in which Oprah Winfrey asked their dress size, a question they awkwardly dodged.
Mary-Kate, Ashley’s fraternal twin, later confessed that she compared her own appearance unfavorably to that of her sister.
‘Are you kidding me? I look in the mirror and think, ‘Why do you look beautiful and I look ugly?'” Mary-Kate shared in a CBS 48 Hours special.
Even as they retired to a more private life in fashion, Mary-Kate remained a subject of public fascination due to her age-gap romance and eventual turbulent divorce from Olivier Sarkozy, half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
They started dating when she was 26 and he was 43, and remained dating for eight years before their marriage imploded in 2020.

In a sign of their continued bond with their old Full House cast, the Olsen twins attended Bob Saget’s funeral in 2022 after he was found dead in a hotel room at the age of 65 after suffering head trauma, according to medical examiners.
“They concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep,” his family’s statement said.
Stamos spoke highly of the “beautiful” reunion he enjoyed with the Olsen twins at Saget’s memorial service during an interview on The Howard Stern Show.
He said Mary-Kate and Ashley brought us all together and said, “We love you. We loved our childhood. We are grateful to you. Thank you for making those eight years so wonderful for us. We have such fond memories. We love you.” And everyone just needed to hear that, and I think it was Bob who did it.”
