MAFS UK star Holly Ditchfield announces she gave birth to her twins four months early as she describes 'scary and surreal' birth

Married At First Sight British star Holly Ditchfield has announced she has given birth to her twins four months early, as she describes her ‘scary and surreal’ birth.

The reality star, 31, shared a photo on Instagram of her premature twins Georgie and Marley, who were born on August 26 and weighed 1lb 1oz and 1lb 2oz.

Holly, who appeared on the show in 2024, welcomed her two sons with partner Aaron Summers at just 23 weeks and they are currently in the neonatal intensive care unit.

Of her birth story, she wrote, “The last few days have been some of the scariest, most surreal and emotional moments of our lives.

‘On August 26, 26 our two beautiful boys, Georgie & Marley Summers, were born at just 23 weeks + 5 days.

“Our little boys may be incredibly small, but they have already shown us how incredibly strong they are. They are both doing great and showing absolutely impeccable responses to all the treatments and care they receive in the NICU.

‘Both Aaron and I cannot thank the care team enough for everything they have done for us – not only during the boys’ arrival, but also in the period before.

‘I was faced with things I never thought I would experience, and the support we received made me feel so safe, heard and protected.

‘Having to prepare for the arrival of two premature babies was something I was never prepared for, but the care, reassurance and ongoing support from the amazing teams around us helped us get through it.

‘The promise that they would keep me safe during my C-section and give our boys the very best chances meant more to us than I could ever put into words. It completely changed the way I look at everything we’ve been through.

‘I also hope that everyone can respect that I have not been active in recent days. My only priority is to get myself as fit, good and strong as possible to deliver my boys safely and, since their arrival, to be there for them and focus on our little family.

“Our journey has only just begun and there is still a long road ahead of us, but for now we are enjoying every second with our two little fighters.

Georgie & Marley, you are already our whole world. Keep fighting, guys. Mommy and Daddy love you more than you could ever know.”

Holly has been in a relationship with Aaron since early 2025 and already has two children, Daisy, 12, and Dec, 16, from a previous relationship.

Aaron now has three children of his own.

While on MAFS in 2024, Holly teamed up with controversial groom Alex Henry.

Things really started off when they met at the altar and both stated that they were happy with the match.

However, their journey became awkward throughout the process, with Alex expressing his preference to marry someone without children and also hinting that he would be open to swapping wives, as well as several explosive arguments.

Towards the end of the experiment, things came to a head after a huge outburst during a commitment ceremony, causing Holly to pack her bags and go home, leaving the program.

Shortly after their departure from the show, the pair briefly reconciled and were pictured kissing in Manchester, but the reunion was short-lived.
