Tim Curry died Tuesday night at the age of 80, leaving many wondering about his romantic life as the acting legend was notoriously private.
Because the Rocky Horror Picture Show star has never had public relationships and never discussed his sexuality amid speculation that he was gay due to the flamboyant characters he portrayed on screen, there was a lot of speculation about his dating life.
However, ten months ago, the talented stage actor shut down any further rumors with a sharp eight-word response when asked about his personal life.
Curry told The New Yorker in October last year: ‘My romantic life is nobody’s business.’
The Home Alone 2: Lost In New York star released the book Vagabond: A Memoir last year and once again drew the line at his romantic life, being honest that he wouldn’t discuss his love affairs, writing his bedroom activities “are – respectfully – none of your business.”
Curry is also an icon in the LGBTQ+ community for his groundbreaking role as androgynous scientist Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the aforementioned cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

He told it The Guardian in October: ‘Huge, because he can actually fuck anyone. That’s a considerable amount. It is important to make that credible.’
The talented star had never been married and was single at the time of his death. he also had no children.
Curry died last night at his home in Los Angeles, TMZ was the first to report.

Speaking to the audience at the Academy Museum in LA, he said: ‘I still can’t walk, so I sit in this crazy chair, and it’s very limiting.
“So I won’t be singing and I won’t be dancing anytime soon. I still have real problems with my left leg.’
