Strictly Come Dancing’s Ellie Leach ‘takes swipe at ex-boyfriend Bobby Brazier as she cosies up to hunky rumoured fling Vito Coppola’

Ellie Leach appeared to take a swipe at ex-Bobby Brazier on Saturday as she reunited with rumored Vito Coppola.

Strictly Come Dancing duo Ellie and Vito, who won the BBC’s ballroom dancing competition last year, looked cozy as they posed together in a photo shared by actress Ellie on her Instagram.

Soap star Ellie, 23, could be seen beaming as she sat next to professional dancer Vito, 31, with his arm around her.

Television personality Ellie has reportedly grown closer to Vito following her split from EastEnders cast member Bobby, 20, who came second on Strictly last year after Ellie.

Ellie and Bobby enjoyed a number of secret dates after falling for each other backstage on Strictly, despite persistent rumors that Ellie was seeing her professional partner Vito.

Just weeks after their romance first sparked, Ellie and Bobby decided to split as their busy lives went in different directions.

Bobby and Ellie first sparked dating rumors in December last year and grew closer during the BBC show’s tour in January and February.

But while Bobby returns to his character Freddie Slater in the BBC soap and is reportedly exploring a potential career in Hollywood, Ellie is currently touring British theaters in the Cluedo stage production.

‘That gave them space to think about the future, which will probably take them in a completely different direction over the next two years.

The Strictly champion lives in the capital where Bobby lives with his father after the pair rekindled a romance.

Ellie’s cousin, actress Brooke Vincent, said she plans to meet her in London during an appearance on This Morning.

She said: ‘I’m seeing her tonight and she’s moved to London. I could never do it. Strictly since she won, she did great.

“You’re getting tired of saying how proud you are.”

Bobby, who worked with Dianne Buswell, came second on Strictly after Ellie, who lifted the Glitterball trophy with partner Vito.

The couple made their first public appearance together in February at Hadestown’s press night at the Lyric Theater in London.

Ellie also shared a sweet, loved-up selfie with Bobby after he saw her make her stage debut in Cluedo 2 at the Richmond Theater last month.

However, last month it was reported that they had ended their whirlwind relationship.

Despite her apparent fuss this week, Ellie opened up about her romance with Bobby Brazier earlier this month, insisting they remain “good friends.”

She spoke about the ‘bond’ between them that developed during the show and the later tour in an interview with The Sun on Sunday.

“We were the youngest people on Strictly and we were both going through the same experience – one that nothing can prepare you for,” she said.

“We had obviously developed a great friendship on the show, but it was really nice to be able to spend time with each other – and with everyone else – on tour.”

Ellie said the tour gave her and Bobby time to be together and get to know each other better than the TV show did due to the time constraints.

She also said that being the youngest people on the show was a bonding experience because it gave them something to interact with.

“We are good friends, we got along really well and we still do,” she added.
