Rachel Uchitel has undergone an extreme plastic surgery makeover in an attempt to turn back the clock.
The 51-year-old, who first found infamy in 2009 as Tiger Woods’ original mistress, is currently recovering from a deep facelift, a brow-tightening, an under-eye fat transfer, a chin implant, a ‘columella’ nose overhaul and an extensive facial filler solution.
The star spent 9.5 hours under the knife of certified celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky, who was recently named one of America’s top cosmetic doctors by The Hollywood Reporter.
She is now healing in her luxury hotel suite in New York, where she spoke to the Daily Mail about her decision to undergo another round of surgical procedures less than a year after getting an injectable Brazilian butt lift.
Uchitel revealed that she wanted a more youthful appearance after overdoing it with facial fillers and laser treatments in the past, which left her looking puffy and older than her years.
‘I’m 51 and I’m not trying to defy Mother Nature or look like a different person. I just wanted to look like a fresher, more natural version of myself,” she explained.

‘I realized that some of the things I had done over the years to prevent aging, especially fillers, were actually starting to age and distort my face.
‘I spent two weeks before the surgery dissolving the filler, but Dr. Savetsky still found a significant amount of residual filler and scar tissue. I also learned that certain laser and energy-based treatments can contribute to tissue changes and scarring.”
To achieve her youthful appearance, Uchitel had to dig up a number of pre-surgery photos of herself to use as reference — including old tabloid covers from her affair with Woods.
“I had to use those photos as an example of what I looked like before the fillers,” she laughed.
The journalist, who currently hosts the popular podcast Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitelsaid she decided to make her surgery journey public to show her fans the true reality of cosmetic surgery in 2026.
“I want women to see what happens between the polished before-and-after photos, including the swelling, bruising, discomfort and emotional side of recovery,” she said.
Uchitel’s social media videos have already been praised by her listeners and celebrity friends, with former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Siggy Flicker writing: ‘You look so gorgeous already. Wow! I hope you recover quickly.’
Fellow RHONJ alum Margaret Josephs wrote, “How is it possible that you will be any more beautiful! Feel better and rest.’

“So beautiful and open and honest and raw,” said former Girls Next Door star Crystal Harris.
Facelifts have become extremely popular since Kris Jenner got a SMAS-based facelift and deep neck lift from Dr. Steven Levine.
Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, who is known for his signature ‘scarless’ rhinoplasties, told the Daily Mail that patients are increasingly seeking deep plane and SMAS-based facelifts for their natural results.
“I think deep plane facelifts have become so popular because patients are now asking for a different type of result,” he explained.
“They want real rejuvenation, but they still want to look like themselves,” he continued.
‘Rather than relying primarily on tightening the skin, a deep-plane facelift repositions the deeper tissues of the face, allowing the skin to settle more naturally.
“It really reflects where aesthetic surgery in general is going: less obvious, ‘done’ look and more of an updated version of the person who was already there.”
Dr. Dugar, who has treated stars like Sami Sheen and Mia Khalifa, also said the natural approach has also extended to other procedures such as rhinoplasty.

Uchitel has been involved in various cosmetic procedures since her 50th birthday.
In January, the star revealed she had sculpting injections in her buttocks a week before her wedding to Palm Beach-based CEO Dan Donovan.
Uchitel originally wanted a full BBL, but was told by ‘the best surgeons in the country’ that she did not have enough fat on her body for the procedure.
‘What I wanted was a lean BBL – nothing over the top, nothing dramatic. Just a little more lift and shape so I looked fit and athletic,” she explained on Instagram.
“Leading up to my wedding, I was in the gym at least four times a week, and no matter what I did, that lift just didn’t happen,” Uchitel continued.
She then began researching injectable sculpting options, also known as non-surgical BBLs, until she saw renowned surgeon Dr. Robert Dorfman ended up.
“Literally a week before my wedding I flew to New York, walked into his beautiful office and in less than 30 minutes I had a new butt,” she said.
‘No incisions. No downtime. Painless. It feels completely real and lasts about three years.”

Uchitel recently married her third husband, Florida Security CEO Dan Donovan

Uchitel said the procedure was “worth every penny,” before making a cheeky reference to her new husband.
‘My bum hasn’t looked this good since I was 21 – and I’m 50! And I can confirm, as can my husband, that this ass feels completely real,” she wrote.
Uchitel’s big reveal comes just days after she and her security CEO husband tied the knot in a lavish three-day ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida, on New Year’s Eve.
The blushing bride was decked out in $1 million worth of diamonds and jewelry from Nini Jewels and Watch King Moshe Haimoff as she said ‘I do’ in front of 130 guests.
The guest list included some of Uchitel’s famous friends, including former Real Housewives stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Dodd, comedian Heather McDonald, radio personality Paige Davis and MTV star Bam Margera.
Uchitel was previously engaged to James Andrew O’Grady, who was tragically killed during the September 11 terrorist attacks.
After that engagement, she was married to Wall Street trader Steven Ehrenkranz for four months in 2004.
Her second marriage was to former football player Hahn and lasted three years. The couple divorced in 2014 and they now amicably co-parent their daughter, Wyatt Lily.
She notoriously had an affair with Woods in 2009 and actor David Boreanaz in 2010.
After her affair with Woods came to light, the professional golfer admitted to cheating on his wife with more than 120 different women.
