But it was Nicole Kidman’s cleavage that once again had fans wondering if she had gone under the knife after spending the past few weeks promoting her new film Practical Magic 2.
The 59-year-old Australian actress – who has been plagued by breast enlargement rumors for years – showed a strikingly busty appearance during the film’s premiere in LA late last month in a low-cut Atelier Versace dress, designed by Pieter Mulier.
The dramatic dress featured an intricate lace neckline that showed off Nicole’s ample bust.
She completed the glamorous look with a matching black lace choker, matching heels and statement earrings.
The eye-catching display immediately sparked a wave of speculation, with some wondering whether Nicole’s bustier look could be the result of cosmetic surgery.

The 59-year-old Australian actress – who has been plagued by breast enlargement rumors for years – showed a strikingly busty appearance during the film’s premiere in LA late last month in a low-cut Atelier Versace dress, designed by Pieter Mulier.
Among them is the plastic surgeon from Beverly Hills Dr. Cat Begovic, who exclusively told Daily Mail that the latest photos suggest Nicole has indeed had a breast enlargement.
Although Dr. Begovic has not personally treated or examined Nicole, she notes that Nicole appears to have a “more defined cleavage and upper pole fullness,” indicating that she may have received breast implants.
“I think they have an average projection of about 225-250cc,” she speculated, adding, “They are proportionate to her figure and she looks feminine and stunning.”
Breast implants come in different projections, ranging from flatter, more teardrop-shaped options known as ‘low profile’ to increasingly rounder and fuller ‘high’ or ‘ultra-high profile’ implants.
The star has previously admitted to trying Botox, but said she eventually stopped using the injectable after being unhappy with the results.
Nicole has never confirmed or denied that she had breast augmentation. Daily Mail has contacted her for comment.
Meanwhile, there was a funny twist to the cleavage banter at the LA premiere, with Nicole’s longtime friend and co-star Sandra Bullock making a cheeky reference to their figures.
The 62-year-old actress joked People magazine that despite knowing Nicole for about thirty years, their “breasts are still in the same place.”
