After the birth, Amy told The Sun: ‘She’s lush. I’m so in love. Everyone told me to be open about the birth plan and not to get in the way, but I manifested my perfect birth.”

‘It was honestly my dream birth…peaceful, beautiful and everything I had hoped for. Even some karaoke haha. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience bringing our baby girl into the world. Welcome to the world, our beautiful Soraya Rose Jeanne…

“We love you more than you’ll ever know.”

After the birth, Amy told The Sun: ‘She’s lush. I’m so in love. Everyone told me to be open about the birth plan and not to get in the way, but I manifested my perfect birth.

‘I can’t thank the midwives and team at the Treliske Hospital birth center enough. They were amazing, especially Naomi, my midwife, who made my birth plan come true and also tolerated my Queen playlist and singing to me during contractions.

‘The Queen soundtrack has always been my favorite and the lyrics to all of Freddie’s songs have taken on new meaning since the birth. It was very special that she was born on Freddie’s birthday.’

Explaining the meaning, Amy said, “Soraya means a cluster of stars. It’s such a beautiful name. I love the way it sounds and it’s not a name you hear too often.

‘We are all made of stars and I wanted something that was connected to the celestial world. Her middle name, Rose, is a name that my partner and I immediately agreed on, we love it…

‘Then Jeanne is a mixture of the names of both my grandmothers – Jean and Anne – both of whom are deceased.’

During her time on MAFS, Amy split from groom Joshua after their final vows and admitted during the reunion that things ended between them due to his ‘lack of effort’.

A heartbroken Amy added at the time that Joshua also couldn’t give a “real reason” for their split.

Last year Amy, who works as a sports presenter for companies including Sky Sports, said taking part in the show ‘ruined her life’ after work opportunities ‘dried up’.

Amy previously suffered a tragedy when she was pregnant with twins. During her time at MAFS, she emotionally explained, “I got pregnant with twins. One died, and I had to medically terminate the other due to complications.’

She continued: That absolutely broke me. The two things I want are marriage and babies, and I was so close to having both of those things, but it didn’t work out.

‘For me, the last straw was when my mother had a stroke and almost died, which was a big eye-opener and made me realize that, as an only child, if my mother goes, who do I have? I want that support system.”
