She’s one of the busiest presenters on television, so it can be easy to forgive her for needing a little help.
And Cat Deeley has revealed she has hired a nanny to raise her young sons, Milo, 10, and James, eight, who she shares with her estranged husband Patrick Kielty55.
The couple moved back to Britain Los Angeles in 2020, but announced their separation in a joint statement in July 2025.
Sharing an insight into her new life as a single mother, Ms Deeley, 49, has said she and the Irish comedy co-parent the boys are ’50-50′.
Speak with the Sunday timesMs Deeley said: “It’s about being as organized as possible. I also have a great babysitter.”
Mrs Deeley, who presents ITVThis morning with Ben Shephardalso admitted that the co-parenting administrator can often keep her awake in the middle of the night.
She added: ‘Everyone is doing their best.’

In their joint statement, both stars emphasized that “no other party” was involved in the breakdown of their marriage.
They added that they would “stay connected as loving parents to our children.”
Kielty’s family previously told the Daily Mail that they ‘knew’ his marriage to Deeley was over in March 2025, when she failed to attend his mother Mary’s funeral in Dundrum, County Down.
Kielty and Deeley first met in 2002 when they co-presented the BBC talent series Fame Academy.
But it wasn’t until ten years later that their friendship turned into a romance.
They made their relationship public in May 2012 and married in an intimate ceremony in Rome that September.
Ms Deeley recently sparked romance rumors by cozying up to film industry boss Charlie Coleman at a BST Hyde Park concert in London in July.
Mr Coleman, a director at Amazon MGM Studios, put his hand on Ms Deeley’s shoulder during Lewis Capaldi’s performance, and the pair were seen laughing and enjoying a drink.
Sources previously said Ms Deeley was open to the idea of dating but did not want to sign up for an app.
The Daily Mail recently revealed how she and Kielty have now put their home in Hampstead, North London, on the market for £5.25 million, after buying it for almost £5 million in 2023.
