Kyle Sandilands slams female producers and mocks their appearance during wild 15-minute rant, broadcast live in scenes very similar to his outburst with Jackie ‘O’ Henderson

Kyle Sandilands has gone on a lengthy rant after a technical glitch hampered Monday’s delivery of his new radio show.

The subscription-only series, Kyle Sandilands Live, was held up when staff could not play video on Kyle’s system.

The 55-year-old was furious at the mistake and subjected his staff to an inquisition that lasted almost 15 minutes, during which he berated their appearance and questioned their professionalism.

Most of Kyle’s anger was directed at his executive producer, Jaimee Blazquez, nicknamed Mayo.

Mayo has previously worked on the Kyle and Jackie O Show and is used to Kyle’s antics, but seemed nervous and frustrated when he demanded she name the employee responsible for the mistake.

Kyle started his rant by portraying Mayo as a “wishy-washy who has no idea what’s going on.”

Mayo tried to calm Kyle down and took responsibility for the mistake, but he was disgruntled until she threw another employee under the bus, whose name he ruthlessly demanded.

“I promise I won’t wait anymore…” Mayo started, but Kyle interrupted him, “It’s not a delay. It’s a lie! It’s a lie. It’s a lie. I said I take responsibility. I said it several times, but you wouldn’t say it.’

“Because ultimately it’s my responsibility…” Mayo continued to apologize.

‘But I’m not asking if it’s your fault. I’m your boss, so I expect you to be honest with me and every damn question I ask you. Any question!

‘It’s not throwing someone under the bus, but answering your manager’s question. That’s all.’

“I’m sorry, I won’t do it again,” Mayo begged.

‘The only thing I ever asked for once in my life was for someone to support me. Is that too much to ask?’ Kyle asked.

In the midst of the clash, another young female employee, newsreader Mary Madigan, tried to intervene and stand up for Mayo.

“I don’t care what you think,” Kyle snapped at her, before calling Mary a “kind” and “smart” woman, but he hit her “shocking bangs.”

Kyle also tried out Mayo’s look, complimenting her white teeth but mocking her moles.

‘You have a mole on your head… some dirty moles everywhere. Cut it out,” Kyle demanded.

Mayo was visibly angry and upset during the lengthy conversation, with Kyle noticing her “demented look” as the argument continued.

“I’m just processing it,” she said, defending herself but admitting she couldn’t hide her dismay over the incident.

The staff managed to calm Kyle down and get the video working, but not before he repeatedly complained that the disorganization on set was similar to what he experienced at KIIS FM.

The clash, which saw Kyle call his female staffer “wishy-washy,” echoed his on-air outburst with former Kyle and Jackie O Show co-star Jackie “O” Henderson before the high-profile cancellation of their breakfast show in March.

The exchange took place on February 20, when Sandilands criticized Henderson for her ‘fixation’ with astrology and said it was affecting her work, sending her out of the studio in tears.

“Your fixation on this has made you almost unworkable. You’re off with the fairies with this s**t. It’s mental,” Sandilands said.

‘It’s too much. It affects everything else. You’re too fixated on it. Every segment, every time you’ve said something, you don’t even know what’s going on.”

That argument led to the cancellation of both Sandilands and Henderson’s $100 million contracts.

Sandilands has since settled a wrongful dismissal lawsuit with his former employer for $12.09 million.

Henderson’s own lawsuit, seeking $82.25 million, is still pending in federal court.
