Kyle Sandilands is involved in ARN’s escalating legal war with his former radio partner Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, after the media giant sent him a subpoena to obtain documents.
The 55-year-old shock jock was handed the papers live on air on his subscription show on Wednesday, in a stunning moment orchestrated by manager Bruno Bouchet.
Sandilands appeared surprised when Bouchet handed him the subpoena and a notice to produce documents.
“That makes me very uncomfortable,” the radio star said, before throwing the message in the trash.
“Just tell them I’m abroad or something. Is that what’s happening? How do you get out of here?’
The awkward altercation took a turn when newsreader Brooklyn Ross asked if ARN wanted Sandilands in his corner and against Henderson in the dispute.

“Yes,” Bouchet responded, confirming that the network was seeking documents from the radio star as part of its legal battle with his longtime co-host.
“Well, that makes me feel very uncomfortable,” Sandilands responded.
“I don’t feel comfortable saying anything that could affect what she’s doing.”
The development comes just a week after an emotional Sandilands revealed he was left in tears after learning Henderson had been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.
As Henderson battles her former employer in a lawsuit seeking $82 million in damages, her PTSD diagnosis is referenced in a medical report prepared by Dr. Jonathan Phillips.
‘This morning I woke up… I was devastated. I immediately burst into tears,” Sandilands told listeners.
“I just fell apart this morning.”
The radio king later expressed disbelief at the allegations in court documents, saying they bore little resemblance to his memory of the events and had left him deeply hurt.

‘It was really, really disturbing to read such terrible things about yourself. And it’s clearly her truth. But that goes against the reality of what happened,” he added.
“It’s very unfair, and it’s completely the opposite.
‘It’s soul destroying. Really and truly. It’s very disturbing to me.’
Sandilands said the claims were unfair and contradicted his experience working with Henderson, who he described as unpredictable and inconsistent during their time on the Kyle & Jackie O show.
“If she ever hears this, that’s what we meant by you,” he said.
“We never knew if you’d be interested every day, or if you wouldn’t give a fuck, or if you’d run away with the fairies. So being accused of that is something I will never get over.
‘I will never trust another human being as long as I live. I just don’t do that.’
Henderson’s mental health concerns were detailed in documents filed in Federal Court and released last week as part of her legal dispute with ARN following the cancellation of the Kyle & Jackie O Show earlier this year.
As Henderson battles her former employer in a lawsuit seeking $82 million in damages, her PTSD diagnosis is referenced in a medical report prepared by Dr. Jonathan Phillips.
Dr. Phillips states that Henderson ‘suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from ‘the continued bullying perpetrated by Sandilands’ and ‘ARN’s failure to provide appropriate care and protection’.
In an affidavit, Henderson said she was “belittled” and “humiliated” by her “unpredictable and erratic” former KIIS FM co-host Sandilands.
“I felt that the constant attack on my character and putting me down at work by Mr. Sandilands was slowly wearing me down,” she said in the statement.
‘I felt exhausted and like I wanted to give up. I felt like this treatment was happening in a subtle but regular manner. It felt like bullying.”
Henderson said the alleged treatment worsened from 2023 and left her anxious.
“I often drove to work with low levels of anxiety and fear, which left me feeling exhausted over time,” she said.
‘The cumulative effect was that I felt emotionally unsafe in the workplace, even during periods when the relationship looked outwardly positive.’
Henderson’s KIIS FM contract was abruptly terminated in March following a high-profile row between her and Sandilands.
