Kimberley’s stunning photos come after she revealed the body part she once hated and how a new fitness regime has finally helped her feel good about herself.

Speaking to Daily Mail in October, Kimberley said that since her youngest son, Nate, started working in reception, she was able to get back into training and hit the gym three to four times a week.

The mother-of-three admitted she once hated her arms and refused to bare them on the red carpet, but now she has learned to love them thanks to her workout routine.

One of her secrets is working with Morning Live co-star Gethin Jones after the broadcast, focusing on strength and power training.

In an exclusive interview, Kimberley shared the experiences that helped her achieve the body of her dreams, keeping her healthy while managing a busy household and long work hours.

She said: ‘Over the past year I have been able to take more time for myself. Before that, when Nate was younger and at home a lot more, he was never in daycare full time, I just couldn’t really exercise.

She made funny faces at the camera as she posed with her boys

‘I’m trying to make the best of it by having more time for myself and staying in good physical condition and staying strong.

“I have three boys who require me to maintain their energy levels. For me it’s about being strong and healthy, but I exercise a lot more than before. I’m actually enjoying it.’

Kimberley shared the type of exercise that has helped her achieve her goals, and how often she works out.

She added: ‘I don’t like cardio so I mainly do strength training, weights and Pilates, it works really well for my age group. It’s tough on your core and quite a few people think it’s easier than it is.

‘I’m not a big fan of my arms so I usually don’t take them out, but where I’ve worked so hard I’ve accepted it and got them out. I lifted heavy weights to achieve this.

‘I train three times a week and if I have an extra session I do four. I always take the weekends off with the kids because I train while they are at school, so it doesn’t really affect them.

“I’m basically a taxi service for them on the weekends, from football to golf to parties, whatever they have planned in their busy schedules.”
