Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have relisted their Gold Coast apartment where they lived for just a few months for an eye-watering sum.
The luxury Queensland condo has re-entered the market with a price quote of $3.75 million.
The couple, who shot to fame on The Bachelor in 2013, purchased the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property in 2021 for a cool $2.5 million.
The power couple’s Gold Coast apartment is located in the exclusive Mondrian complex in Burleigh Heads, and the stylish, ultra-modern home comes with VIP amenities including a gym, spa and valet parking.
Located on the fourth floor of the beautiful block, the open-plan apartment in the Mondrian covers 183 square meters and features a covered terrace overlooking the block’s exclusive swimming pool and ‘party terrace’.
Highlights include an extensive dining and living area overlooking beautiful Burleigh Beach.

There is also a butler’s pantry and a large bedroom with a generous bathroom and walk-in closet.
Amenities available to all residents include room service, housekeeping and a driver, who can be used for ‘airport drop-off’.
The Mondriaan also has a ‘yoga garden’ and a steam bath.
The couple told Daily Mail exclusively on Derby Day about their decision to move out of the apartment earlier this year after living there for just four months.
‘Yes, we sell. We have a few options, we can stay there, we can go back to Sydney, we’ll see,” Tim said.
“It was difficult to live there because there was little family, and we have a lot of work in Sydney.”
However, Tim remained tight-lipped when asked if they would be moving to Sydney permanently.
“We’d like to go to Sydney for a bit, but we’ll see what happens,” Tim said.

According to The courier postsales agents have already knocked back an offer on the beautiful home that was in the ‘low $3 million’ range after a high-rise home in the Mondrian resold for a whopping $7.1 million.
The couple share daughters Elle, four, and Ruby, one, and met and fell in love on The Bachelor in 2013, tied the knot in 2018 and called Sydney their home until their move interstate.
‘We’re going to the Gold Coast. We bought a building there called the Mondriaan. They have several hotels around the world,” Anna said before they moved.
‘We bought a property there about four years ago, it’s only now become a reality… We’re actually moving there.’
‘We wanted a bit of change. We don’t know how long we’ll be there. We still keep our place here [in Sydney].
“So we’ll be back and forth a lot for work. We just thought it would be really nice to get away from the Sydney winter.”
