Jennifer Lawrence, 36, is finally coming clean about all the cosmetic work she's had done... and the procedure is now piqued her interest

Jennifer Lawrence has confessed to using small doses of Botox as she revealed the plastic surgery she wants but is too nervous to try.

The 36-year-old has left fans baffled at how her skin tone has remained virtually unchanged since she shot to fame in 2010’s Winter’s Bone.

Now she has shared that she “can’t really get much done.” I need movement in my face. I’m getting baby Botox, but I can’t do much.’

She maintains her glow with the help of facials and explains Fashion: “If my skin gets a little sagging than I’d like, at least it looks dewy and beautiful.”

The Oscar winner admitted that she would ‘like to have buccal fat removal. I can’t do that, because everyone would know, but just know that that’s what I want to do.’

Buccal fat is located between the cheekbones and jawbone, and removing it can minimize the fullness of the cheeks for a more sculpted and hollowed-out look, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Her current skincare routine involves a ‘retinol journey’ in the form of tretinoin cream – supplemented with a dab of nappy rash ointment.

“I fell for that Desitin, the overnight diaper cream, which I’m okay with – not permanent because it’s not moisturizing,” the Hunger Games star said.

“But when you took retinol and your face turned red while you slept in the Desitin, I noticed it shrunk my pores and healed the redness.”

Lawrence has two young sons with her husband, art gallery owner Cooke Maroney – Cy, four, and a son born in March 2025 whose name she has kept secret.

She announced last October that she had plans to undergo breast augmentation due to the effect her second pregnancy had on her body.

“Everything pretty much came back after the first one. The second time, nothing bounced back,” she said in an interview with the New Yorker.

Lawrence noted for the record that she also had to film a nude scene in the coming months, though she neglected to name the specific project.

She claimed she would still undergo the procedure if she wasn’t a star, but admitted that “I might not rush to the appointment in the same way.”

The No Hard Feelings actress insisted she hadn’t jumped on the recently turbocharged facelift craze: “But I’m going!”

She has now said that she finds even less invasive forms of cosmetic maintenance difficult because of how long they take.

‘I hate having my hair colored. I also hate going to the nail salon. I saw a tweet that said, “It’s like going to the manual dentist,” the Silver Linings Playbook star said. ‘It’s not relaxing. It’s not fun. It’s really boring. It’s taking so long.’

Lawrence shared her fantasy of being able to get a mani pedi “while I’m driving and getting something done,” speaking to the magazine.

Elsewhere, the American Hustle actress noted that her previous use of vitamin C cream was now “over for me” “because I heard it’s fake.”

Yet she is not against absorbable vitamins. She says, “I believe deep down that vitamin C is going to help my skin, but I don’t know.”
