Buffy the Vampire Slayer alumnus Alyson Hannigan took to Instagram this week to share a snapshot of her daughter Keeva on her first day of school.
On Monday, the 52-year-old actress uploaded a photo of the freshman, 14, holding a sign that read, “So High School Class of 2030.”
The proud mother wrote: ‘Back to school means back to sign making! Of course I had to reference my favorite Taylor [Swift] song because I have two high school students now.”
In addition to Keeva, Hannigan shares daughter Satyana, 17, with husband Alexis Denisof, 60.
The couple tied the knot in 2003, the same year the Sarah Michelle Gellar-led horror series ended.
Hannigan’s career-defining role as Willow Rosenberg lasted seven seasons, spanning six years.

A new Buffy the Vampire Slayer sequel series was announced in February 2025, but was dropped by Hulu last March.
It was planned that Ryan would star Kiera Armstrong as the new killer and that Gellar would return as a recurring character.
The original show was a hit and cultural phenomenon.
It became a major success for the WB Network due to its witty writing and Gellar’s strong and complex main character.
The series, based on the 1992 film starring Kristy Swanson, began in 1997.
Also in March, the cast of Buffy mourned the loss of actor Nicholas Brendon, who starred as Xander Harris.
Hannigan was among the first to pay tribute to him following his shock death after dying in his sleep at the age of 54.
She posted to Instagram a photo of their characters sharing an emotional embrace in a scene from the late ’90s series.
“My dear Nicky, thank you for years of laughter, love and Dodgers,” she wrote. “Every time I see a rocking chair, I’ll think of you. I love you. TEAR.’

Gellar, 49, posted a 1998 photo of them together, along with a message commemorating both him and his character.
She started by quoting one of Xander’s famous quotes: “They’ll never know how hard it is to be the one who doesn’t get chosen. To live so close to the spotlight and never step into it. But I know. I see more than anyone realizes, because no one is looking at me.’
Gellar then added her own message referencing the quote: “I saw you Nicky. I know you are at peace, in that big rocking chair in the sky.”
After Buffy, Hannigan starred as Lily Aldrin in How I Met Your Mother from 2005-2014.
She competed on season 32 of Dancing with the Stars in the fall of 2023, finishing in fifth place.
