The brand had made a profit of $1.05 million in fiscal 2022, but saw diminishing returns in subsequent years.
In a recent social media post, Szepanowski said she was feeling an “overwhelming mix of emotions” and hinted at her next steps.
‘Thank you for every order, every story shared and every moment you chose to wear Szep. You made it all worth it. Looking forward to what’s next,” she wrote.
There are also indications that Szepanowski may be experiencing a new, more personal heartbreak.
All signs point to heartbreak for one of Australia’s original influencer power couples.
In May, the love affair between Szepanowski and Mitchell Orval seemed to be hanging by a thread.
In recent months the couple, who share sons Artis, five, and Sunny, three, have been the subject of intense breakup rumors. some very telling signs emerged online.
Chloe, who got engaged to 30-year-old Mitch in 2024, has removed the “fiance” from her Instagram bio, as well as her partner’s initials.

The mother-of-two also unclipped the reel announcing the couple’s engagement and dropped it from a prominent spot at the top of her roster.
Some eagle-eyed followers have also noticed that Chloe doesn’t appear to be wearing her engagement ring, while her most recent Stories show no sign of it.
Mitch has also removed Chloe’s initials from his bio and the couple have deleted all photos of each other from their grids.
But perhaps the most telling sign is that Mitch and Chloe no longer follow each other on their socials.
Mitch first gained online fame with brother Dylan in 2015 when they launched the YouTube channel Angry Dad.
The channel featured a popular series of pranks aimed at rounding up their father, former Collingwood footballer Mark Orval.
Meanwhile, Chloe, who grew up in South East Queensland, became a lifestyle and wellbeing influencer.
The couple met as teenagers and later got engaged in June 2024.
