Alix Earle is finally breaking her silence on what caused her split from Alex Cooper, revealing details of a scathing text message she wrote to the Call Her Daddy host amid a public feud.
Dancing With The Stars season 34 Netflix show Earle Meets World’s runner-up was released on Friday, with the 25-year-old labeling Cooper, 32, as “toxic” and “sick and twisted.”
‘I don’t like you. I’m not falling for your bait and going back and forth online. And I don’t think you want that either,” the message read in part.
“You are manipulative and toxic. Say ‘it’s just business’ all you want, but the way you’re handling business is disgusting.”
The reality show marks the first time Earle has really opened up about the tension between herself and her former boss.
Last February, Earle’s Hot Mess podcast dramatically left Cooper’s Unwell Network.

‘You chose money over morals. You took advantage of me at a young age in a new industry that I knew nothing about. You are full of false promises and Unwell was a follow-up to that,” Earle continued in her message.
“We got a phone call where you threatened me not to go to war with you because you know how sick and twisted you are.”
At one point, Earle suggests that Cooper could use the text message against her.
It is not confirmed whether Earle actually sent the message to Cooper or whether it was saved as a draft.
“You will no longer frighten or trap me… I may be petty, but I am not malicious. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from doing business with you, it’s to never do business with someone like you,” the message concludes.
DailyMail.com has contacted Cooper’s representatives for comment.
It comes after Earle mocked the news that Love Overboard, the Cooper-produced dating show executive, had been fired by Hulu after one season.
A day after Variety reported it earlier this week, Earle attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new Netflix reality series and threw some shade at Cooper at the event.
Earle and Cooper have been embroiled in a public feud since Earle’s Hot Mess podcast was abruptly removed from Cooper’s Unwell Network last year – despite being one of the first signings in 2023.

When asked by Entertainment Tonight on the premiere red carpet about her decision to “finally address” the situation on the show, Earle addressed the cancellation of Cooper’s show.
“How did it feel to finally discuss Alex Cooper’s situation on camera?” a reporter asked the Star.
“I’m glad I said my word and whatever, but I’m happier just focusing on the premiere and having the show there,” she replied.
“You know, hers are getting canceled, so… It is what it is,” she added with a shrug and a smile.
Earle was one of the first talents Cooper signed as she expanded her media empire beyond Call Her Daddy.
She joined Cooper’s Unwell Network in August 2023 and began hosting Hot Mess, a podcast that offered weekly storytime conversations with the influencer. But the bliss of the partnership would not last.
Last February, Cooper said: “The fact that Alex can’t podcast has nothing to do with being unwell. [I don’t know] why she can’t/what’s going on.’

Cooper hit back with a TikTok of her own, accusing Earle of posting “passive-aggressive” content.
She started the post by admitting it was “embarrassing” to have to resort to a public call-out.
Defending her actions, she said: “But clearly I see the videos and I get tagged. I see the DMs, I see the comments. So at this point it just feels like way too late.”
She then turned her attention to Earle, whom she mentioned by name in the caption.
“Hey girl, the passive-aggressive reposts and the likes and comments on stuff – I gotta call you out here,” she continued.
“You’re going to have to get specific and just say what you have to say about me. There is no confidentiality agreement. Nobody stops you.

“I’m really tired of waking up and seeing you using this fake drama to distract from other things going on for you online. I’m not interested.’

Cooper concluded, “I know what happened and so do you…so talk.” Unless the fake story you create turns out to be much more interesting than the truth.
“I have nothing to hide when it comes to you and me. So unless you really have something to say, I’m out. This is over.’
When Earle was asked about the drama weeks later during an appearance on the Today show, the star quickly brushed it off.
“Well, I’m trying to keep it pretty positive today, we honestly don’t have that much time here,” Earle said.
“Why ruin such a good day with something that’s not so great, you know?” Positive feelings.’
Earle then insisted the feud between them had been blown up, saying, “It’s overblown, I love everyone.”
