
Carla Jeffery, who starred in several episodes of the hit Disney Channel Zombies franchise, has died.
“It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery, who passed away on September 1, 2026 at the age of just 33,” began a sad statement from Alexanders Talent Management on Instagram.
The agency, which said it began representing Jeffery when she was just 12 years old, added: “For more than twenty years, we had the privilege of watching her grow into a beautiful, vibrant and incredibly talented woman whose radiant smile could light up any room.”
The statement did not reveal Jeffery’s cause of death.
Alexanders Talent Management highlighted Jeffery’s role as Bree in Disney’s Zombies franchise, through which she “shared her joy, humor and bright spirit with audiences around the world.”
“Carla was more than a client,” the statement continued. “She was family.”

“Our hearts are with Carla’s family and loved ones at this devastating time. We respectfully request that their privacy be respected as they grieve this unimaginable loss,” the statement said.
‘Rest well, Carla. Your light will never be forgotten,” it concluded.
Jeffery’s friends and fellow Disney Channel actors were quick to pay tribute to the late actress on social media after her death was announced.
