Tammy Slaton showed off her dramatic slimming in a swimsuit after losing 500 pounds and undergoing skin removal surgery.
The reality TV star, who stars in 1000-Lb Sisters with her younger sibling Amy, showed off her physical transformation during a family trip to the lake in the final season of the TLC series.
Tammy previously showed off her weight loss to fans in April, but now the star has lost another 10 pounds and has also had excess skin removed from her body.
In a featurette for the show’s ninth season, both Tammy, 40, and her sister Amy, 38, wore shirtless looks while spending family time at a lake.
Tammy wore a deep brown patterned swimsuit, which she paired with black shorts.
She was seen spending time with her cousins, Amy’s sons Gage and Glenn at the coast.

Another clip from the latest season also showed Tammy going to couples therapy with her fiancé Andrea, who she got engaged to about two years after her husband’s death.
Tammy weighed over 600 pounds when the show premiered on TLC in 2020, while Amy weighed around 400 pounds.
The series has since followed Tammy and Amy as they embarked on a weight loss journey, when they found themselves struggling to complete daily tasks and take care of themselves.
By the end of season two, Amy dropped from 400 to 275 pounds.
While her sister’s success accelerated, Tammy’s weight had actually increased to 665 pounds.
During the show she told how she suffered a devastating downward spiral, turning to excessive drinking and partying to cope with her severe ‘depression’.
The following year, she went to rehab for her food addiction after losing 317 pounds, and in the season three finale, her brother Chris revealed that she had lost 115 pounds.
In 2022, she lost enough weight to undergo bariatric surgery.
It was reported that she weighed 534 pounds when she went under the knife, meaning she lost a total of 183 pounds after entering rehab.

She previously revealed that she shares aspects of her life so others won’t feel alone, explaining: ‘By putting our stories out there, we are helping others.
“We help others see that they can lose weight too,” she added. ‘They are not the only ones. They thank us for getting our story out there.”
She continued, “It’s comforting to know that we’re putting a smile on other people’s faces.”
