A motorcyclist has been accused of causing the death of a four-year-old boy in a crash between an off-road motorcycle and a car.
Brian Cameron, 32, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and causing death by driving uninsured and without a licence.
It is expected that he will appear Nottingham Wednesday court.
Nottinghamshire Police said the boy, named Robert in social media tributes, was pronounced dead at the scene in Churchill Drive, Newark, on Sunday.
The youth was riding the same bicycle as a 24-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He is still in hospital with serious injuries.
It is believed the bike was traveling in a convoy with another bike before the crash occurred around 6 p.m.
The rider of the second bicycle left the scene before police arrived. This led to the arrest of a second suspect on Monday.
Floral tributes and a balloon have now been placed against a fence at the scene of the accident, while a can of Red Bull stood upright on the sidewalk nearby.

Detective Inspector Jamie Moore, from Nottinghamshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: ‘The boy’s loved ones continue to be supported by specialist officers and have been informed of this important update to our investigation.
‘I would ask that their privacy is respected as they try to come to terms with what has happened.
‘This is a very distressing incident for everyone involved and I would also urge people not to speculate online about the circumstances.’
