According to the property ad, the two-storey home shown ‘radiates timeless charm’ and features a ‘porte-cochere’ (sweet talk for a carport) framed by pencil pines and date palms from the Canary Islands.
Other highlights of the property include an oversized kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area, swimming pool and boat ramp.
While there is no price guide yet, properties in the area have an average price range of $2,540,000.
Hembrow purchased the 979-square-foot property in June 2020 for $2.8 million.

It comes after Hembrow’s 23-year-old boyfriend Grayson Te Moana raised eyebrows by hinting she was pregnant with their first child.
The part-time model and aspiring influencer took to TikTok in August to share a photo of Tammy filling out a waiver form on her phone asking if she was pregnant.
Tammy, who has three children, selected the option and indicated she was in her first trimester.
However, the apparent ‘pregnancy announcement’ was just a sad excuse to ‘rage’, with Grayson captioning the post: ‘Fun waiver joke’.
That didn’t stop fans from wondering if a baby is on the way, with several followers expressing their shock in the comments section.
“She’s pregnant, whaaaat?” one user wrote, while another asked: ‘Pregnant??’
Another confused fan added, “Is this pregnancy just rage bait or…?”
Grayson and Tammy did not respond to fan questions.

Tammy has had several high-profile romances in recent years and currently shows no signs of slowing down with Grayson.
The influencer was first spotted with her much younger boyfriend on the Gold Coast in March, shortly after they publicly confirmed their relationship.
The couple launched their romance ‘hard’ in February at the Australian premiere of Wuthering Heights in Sydney.
Prior to Grayson, Tammy enjoyed a short-lived Tinder show with AFL star Bailey Smith.
Before that, she was married to reality star Matt Zukowski. That took seven months.
