Stacey Solomon said ‘we don’t take it for granted’ as she returned to filming her BBC show, Sort Your Life Out, following her National Television Awards loss.
The presenter, 36, secured three major nominations in both individual and show categories for the awards ceremony, which took place in London on Tuesday evening.
She received a nomination for Best TV Host, Best Reality Docuseries for her fly-on-the-wall show with her partner Joe Swash, Stacey & Joe, and Best Factual Entertainment for Sort Your Life Out.
However, Stacey went home empty-handed as she missed out on the gongs for David Attenborough, Clarkson’s Farm and Gogglebox respectively.
The presenter took to her Instagram Stories the next day and remained positive despite missing last year’s ceremony.
Sharing a beaming selfie with Sort Your Life Out expert Iwan Carrington, she wrote: ‘Straight back out and with the gang this morning at 5am for the Sort Your Life Out filming! We didn’t win yesterday but just wanted to come here and say a big thank you for supporting us and the team….

“We are so lucky that we can win or lose at the NTAs, and we don’t take it for granted. We know we couldn’t have gone with YOU.
“And even though we’re all a little tired and dumb today, we had a great time. LOVE YOU ALL.”
Last year Stacey had that too Sort Your Life Out and Stacey & Joe in the Entertainment category at the NTAs.
Speaking Magic radiojust hours before the ceremony at The O2, she called to share her thoughts.
She told presenters Tom Price and Lucy Horobin: ‘They’ve put Sort Your Life Out and Stacey & Joe in the same blummin category for some reason – we’re on opposite sides of each other, which is absolutely ridiculous!
‘But you know what I’m so grateful for just going, it’s so nice to be shortlisted and nominated knowing it’s a public vote.
“Our whole family will be there, it’s the first time our family has had to go to something like this, so it’ll be amazing no matter what!”
Tom asked how Joe would feel if Sort Your Life Out took home the prize, Stacey laughed: ‘He’ll secretly give me daggers, but outwardly I’m sure he’ll clap!’
Last year Stacey complained it was ‘absolutely ridiculous’ that both her TV shows had been nominated in the same category at the National Television Awards.
Unfortunately, Stacey missed all the wins during the ceremony.
Stacey later insisted that she “felt like we won” regardless, after spending the ceremony in the company of her family and the crew of her TV shows.
She suffered an embarrassing defeat at the Baftas in May 2025 she lost Ryan Clark and Rob Rinder’s program Grand Tour – with the star later revealing she was ‘gutted’ and that her team ‘deserved’ to lift the award.
After her Bafta loss, devastated Stacey told her followers on Instagram: ‘I’m not dealing with it very well, I’m not taking it very gracefully – I’m devastated! I’m devastated for our whole team, like I’m so upset for our team.
“Everyone was dressed up and very hopeful, I think because they work so hard. It’s not an easy show to make, Sort Your Life Out and the team work so hard to make it happen and they deserve the Bafta for it.
‘The Sort Your Life Out team deserved a Bafta and I am devastated. I’m not saying everyone else didn’t deserve their Baftas, they absolutely did.
‘People think that making TV is very easy, but that’s not the case, so everyone deserves recognition. But I’m just devastated for my whole Sort Your Life Out family because I feel like they deserved a Bafta. I’m going to say it, I’m devastated!’
Her post-awards tirade did not go down well with her fan base at the time, as some accused the star of having ‘sour grapes’.
