Britney Spears has been thinking deeply in her latest Instagram post.
On Friday night, the 44-year-old pop star shot herself in skimpy black lingerie as she posed in her Thousand Oaks home.
She wore a black choker necklace, her eyes were lined with black makeup and her long blonde hair flowed over her chest.
Spears mentioned her thirteen-year conservatorship, overseen by father Jamie Spears, saying, “I feel like to this day people still don’t realize the real damage that was done to my heart and soul during the conservatorship.”
Elsewhere in the lengthy caption, the singer revealed she isn’t dating anyone, two years after her split from 32-year-old Sam Asghari.
“I’ve been single for so long,” she told her nearly 42 million followers.

Spears began her caption by writing, “I miss so much the way I used to respect people so much that there was a real mystery of acute unity when we were together, which was sacred.”
The star, who shares sons Sean, 20, and Jayden, 19, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, also wrote: ‘I was painfully shy but I had to be someone else on stage.
“But after I had kids, I think the game was more than exaggerated. I felt so stupid and ashamed. I think it’s easier when you’re younger to go there.”
It comes after she slammed her 74-year-old father in an equally candid post earlier this week.
In a caption shared Thursday, she wrote that early in her career, she would “get asthma and start shaking” if she met more than 10 people.
Spears said her father, Jamie, would later make her meet “70 people,” which “literally hurt” and made her feel “like a robot.”
She added that she is proud of herself for “stopping all that” because “it was forced for too many years.”
The Toxic singer was placed under conservatorship in February 2008 following a series of mental health crises, hospital admissions and intense media attention. The conservatory came to an end in 2021 after almost 14 years.

Her father, who was the chief conservator for most of her conservatorship, insisted his control over the star’s finances, career and personal freedoms was to protect her well-being, but his daughter claimed this was “abuse.”
Now free from the constraints of the former legal regime, Spears often spends her days filming dance videos in her home.
She was arrested on March 4 in California’s Westlake Village neighborhood, near her mansion, and later charged with driving under the influence.
The Kentwood, Louisiana, resident pleaded guilty at her arraignment and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation.
Spears entered the guilty plea through her attorney, Michael Goldstein, and chose not to attend the Ventura County Superior Court arraignment.
The entertainer was ordered to enroll in a three-month alcohol and drug education program, fined $571 and required to see a psychologist once a week and a psychiatrist twice a month.
She is also not allowed to use alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medication.
