Instead, she focuses on her posture, as she explained: ‘I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way that activates the muscles all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you train the muscles.’
Salma also relies on restorative yoga, saying, “She taught me how to strengthen my muscles without clenching them.

‘Massage provides oxygen, activates the blood circulation and keeps the muscles healthy and firm. I can’t tell you, not even just for the lymphatics [system]what the massage does for the face.’
When it comes to her diet, Salma doesn’t restrict herself, as she has admitted: ‘I don’t like dieting and I’m not good at it.’
