Perez Hilton has slashed the price of his Las Vegas home as he continues his recovery in hospital following his self-harming livestream last month.
The famous blogger, 48, lowered the asking price for the six-bedroom home by $350,000. TMZamid reports that he is low on cash after struggling to find work projects prior to the livestream incident, and another expensive hospital stay earlier this year.
Hilton — who moved to Miami with his three children in June — initially listed the 6,600-square-foot property for $4.25 million, but has since reduced it to $3.9 million.
The mansion is where he raised his family, filmed numerous TV interviews and recently produced documentaries on the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal drama.
The property features six en-suite bedrooms, a detached casita, a multi-generational suite and a resort-style backyard.
The Daily Mail has contacted Hilton representatives for comment.

Speaking about the Vegas home in July, he told the Daily Mail: “It’s a beautiful home and it has served me well both personally and professionally.”
“I lived in the house for two and a half years, but now it’s time to leave Las Vegas because I want to focus on my health while being with my family in my hometown of Miami,” he added. ‘Miami is where I need to be.’
The residence is represented by Kathryn Winterton of Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty and is located at Olive Creek Court in the exclusive Prado community.
“I had such a great time in Las Vegas, but I’m looking forward to rediscovering Miami, where I haven’t lived in 30 years,” Hilton also told the Daily Mail. ‘It has become a cosmopolitan city, I love the newness and everything it has to offer.’
Hilton, born Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr, has been in the hospital since August 4 after a TikTok livestream apparently showed him covered in blood, holding a large knife and appearing to hurt himself in his Miami home.
Before his hospitalization, Hilton was short of money and struggling to find new work projects, the Daily Mail understands.
Hilton made his name as a celebrity gossip blogger in the early 2000s before becoming a mainstream star and reality TV favorite.
But several recent pitches for reality shows to television production companies have failed to progress beyond the pilot stage, the Daily Mail was told.

Earlier this year, Hilton told the Daily Mail how he spent 21 days in hospital after falling seriously ill with sepsis.
He said the health crisis was caused after he took flu medicine on an empty stomach.
Hilton underwent two surgeries while being treated for a series of medical crises, including fluid in his lungs, deep vein thrombosis, kidney problems and an irregular heartbeat or arrhythmia.
Hilton said he was strapped for cash during the crisis and launched a religious-themed clothing line to pay his bills.
“That’s why your boy is in hustle mode right now. I have all that I had to take care of, and I haven’t been able to work for over a month,” he explained.
Hilton suffered multiple broken bones after falling on the night of his self-harm during the livestream in August.
In addition to the broken bones, doctors also discovered other “unrelated” problems requiring treatment, which stemmed from Hilton’s battle with sepsis in March.
His sister Barbara, 42, discovered Hilton naked and covered in blood in the bathroom of the Miami home he shares with his mother Teresita Lavandeira, 72, and his three children.

She led the children into her car and drove away as Hilton chased them into the street and banged on the windows, according to a police report.
Hilton then locked himself in the house and cut himself with a knife before first responders were able to lure him out and treat him for lacerations and an overdose. He was also treated for ‘significant’ blood loss and undisclosed injuries.
Hilton has not yet seen his three children. His mother Teresita requested temporary legal custody of Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, eight, after the incident.
The livestream video has now been removed by TikTok and his account has also been suspended.
