The couple flew into the Italian city on Tuesday ahead of the premiere of Florian Zeller’s Bunker.
The Spanish actress, 52, looked effortlessly chic wearing a plunging black dress that tied at the side with a gold brooch.
She paired the dress with a khaki suede bag, black slingback heels and stylish sunglasses.
Meanwhile, her husband Javier, 57, kept it casual in a blue shirt, jeans and white sneakers.
When she arrived at the water taxi, Penelope decided it would be easier to drop her heels as she took off her shoes while being helped onto the ship.

Bunker sees Penelope and Javier star in the psychological thriller as married couple Sofia and Miguel.
The plot follows architect Miguel’s marriage to Sofia after he accepts a project to build a bunker for a billionaire.

The No Country For Old Men star praised his wife, adding that he feels “blessed” to have “had the opportunity to be in life at the same time, in the same place” as her.
He said: “I have no obligations in my contract related to larger trailers or luxury suites.
‘The only thing I do make sure is that I am not away from my family more than two weeks.’
Javier further told Variety: “Penélope is an amazing, beautiful, good person – the way she relates to her family, to her friends, to our children, to me, to herself. It’s been many years, and I haven’t seen a trace of malice in her.’
‘Besides, she’s incredibly beautiful! When I see her being photographed in some magazines, I think, ‘Is that my wife? Jesus, right? It must be so.’
Penélope won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 2008’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona, while Javier took home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for the 2007 drama No Country for Old Men.
