Knots Landing star Donna Mills shares secret to her incredible abs at 85 as she reveals brutal fitness routine

Knots Landing legend Donna Mills has revealed how she maintains her enviable figure at the age of 85.

This is what the soap veteran says, who recently joined OnlyFans Fox News that she follows an intense fitness regime and diet to stay in shape.

To achieve her incredible abs and toned legs, Mills does 100 sit-ups every day, along with 50 leg lifts and a sweaty cardio session on her Peloton bike.

She also plays tennis up to five times a week and credits her early years as a ballet dancer for giving her the discipline to persevere with her grueling training.

“I have a ballet barre in my little gym,” she said. “And cycle for about 45 minutes or an hour.”

Mills is completely ‘anti-sugar’ and has avoided it all her life, but there is one snack she can’t resist.

“I’m a Doritos addict,” she admitted. “I mean, it’s not good for you. It’s not. I know I shouldn’t do it.’

In addition to ditching sugar, Mills avoids carbs and focuses on vegetables and protein instead.

Mills also says that she has relaxed her eating habits over the years, previously revealing that she didn’t even eat pasta and bread during her time at Knots Landing and rarely drank more than “half a glass of wine.”

Today, the bombshell actress makes six figures selling content on OnlyFans.

She discusses her spicy page on the official Creators Inc. podcast last month, Mills admitted that she has received some strange requests from her subscribers, including “foot kink” videos in which she “stomps on grapes.”

“I’m going to do it,” she said. “I tried shooting it myself, but you can’t shoot something while you’re stomping, it just doesn’t work.”

She added: ‘I’m going to do that very soon and do it well so people can really enjoy it. I think it’s very funny and fun… it’s a pleasure for me.’

The star also said her subscribers love seeing photos of her without makeup, along with other glimpses into her personal life.

The Daily Mail recently logged into the grandmother’s OnlyFans account to see what she has to offer, and it turns out she’s definitely not shy about showing off her sexy side.

Although Mills doesn’t offer any nude or sexually explicit content yet, that doesn’t stop her from getting quite suggestive with her subscribers.

In one image on her page, Mills stares seductively into the camera while wearing tight black workout clothes at the gym.

“Just in case you needed to test your stamina,” she wrote cheekily.

Other seemingly more suggestive videos and images are hidden behind expensive paywalls.

“At my age I have a few tricks up my sleeve,” she captioned one, while another read: “Giving you the old blinding glare,” followed by a blushing emoji.

In a post sent directly to subscribers, Mills said: “I may be an older lady now, but I’m still pretty flexible if you can’t tell.”

Mills got her first break on the soap opera Love Is a Many Splendored Thing in 1967 and then spent the next decade doing random TV shows and telefilms.

In 1980, she landed what would become the defining role of her career as Abby Cunningham in Knots Landing.

She remained on the series until 1989 and then had a few more memorable roles in the ’90s and 2000s, including a guest stint on Melrose Place in 1996.
