A look inside Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's '$282 million' global real estate portfolio of luxury homes in Sydney, Nashville and New York

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have built an astonishing real estate portfolio in locations around the world.

The Australian superstars have spent almost $60 million on properties now believed to be worth $282 million.according to real estate.com.au.

From a 20-room mansion in Nashville to an estate in the Southern Highlands and a luxurious duplex in Manhattan, the power couple has a flashy place for all seasons.

Their purchases include six apartments in one building in Sydney alone, where the couple host an annual New Year's Eve party.

Ny Breaking Australia takes a look at their multi-million dollar collection of luxury properties.

Milson's Point, Sydney

Over the past ten years, the couple, both aged 56, bought two penthouses and combined them into a mega-apartment in the luxurious Latitude Building in Milsons Point in Sydney.

They subsequently bought four more apartments in the same building.

According to newspaper reports, the celebrity couple first purchased a 4,200-square-foot apartment on the 21st floor in 2009 for nearly $6 million.

Three years later, they bought the slightly smaller 3,800-square-foot apartment next door with better harbor views for a reported $7 million.

In 2011, they also spent $2.68 million on a 19th-floor apartment, which the Oscar winner initially used as her home office.

It is understood that a two-bedroom apartment they bought in 2021 is being rented out, while their 2011 purchase is now being used as a gym.

Last year the couple bought their sixth apartment in the same Sydney complex for $7.7 million.

Their most recent purchase was a three-bedroom apartment.

Although the couple owns properties under different business names, the total stake in the building comes to $27.5 million.

Based on photos of the other apartments, the building offers fantastic views of the Harbor Bridge thanks to a wide balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The apartments will have a contemporary look with a modern kitchen and a neutral color palette.

Southern Highlands, NSW

The Hollywood stars bought their idyllic farm called Bunya Hill in the Southern Highlands village of Sutton Forrest in 2008 for $6.5 million.

The Georgian country house is set in 45 hectares of land with herds of cattle and alpaca and features a traditional wide sandstone veranda.

It also includes pressed metal ceilings, a grand carved cedar staircase and 10 original marble fireplaces, according to real estate.com.au.

Since purchasing the property, Keith and Nicole have installed an 18-metre swimming pool, a new gym, a full-size tennis court and 250 meters of grass mounds around the perimeter to keep out prying eyes.

Nashville, Tenn

Two years after tying the knot in 2008, the Oscar winner and chart-topping crooner bought the 20-room Nashville mansion in the country music capital.

Built on an estate of 1,115 spm, they paid $4.89 million for the palatial property.

It has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, home cinema and 'hobby room'.

Beverly Hills, Los Angeles

The same year, Keith and Nicole purchased the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Beverly Hills According to reports, it is $6.77 million.

Neighbors including Adele, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis and Jennifer Lawrence.

The property features a full-floor master suite comprising double walk-in wardrobes, a designer-chic bathroom and a spacious sitting room and office.

Chelsea, New York

In 2010, Kidman and Urban coughed up $13.53 million for a designer duplex in the trendy enclave of Chelsea.

The palatial apartment is located at 200 Eleventh Avenue three bedrooms, two terraces and View of the Hudson River.

The icing on the cake is a hanging car space and elevator in the building.

It houses, among other things, Nicole's Q7 SUV, manufactured by Audi, worth approximately $54,000, which she is known to drive.
