The first nine days of the January window may have been relatively quiet, but the wheels of the transfer market are starting to turn.

Arsenal want to sign Everton midfielder Amadou Onana, who is reportedly keen on a move and has also attracted interest from Manchester United.

United appear determined to sack Anthony Martial in January or at the end of the season. while Tottenham hope to finally complete their deal for Genoa defender Radu Dragusin before Bayern Munich intervenes.

Elsewhere, Al-Ettifaq will only allow Jordan Henderson to leave on loan if his £700,000-a-week wages are fully covered.
