This is when an Audi drives on the wrong side of the road collided head-on with another car.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, which left the driver of the other car with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police saw the black Audi A3 driving away from them before the accident and later found the wreckage of the car after it crashed through a brick wall.
The collision happened at around 2.18pm in Southampton, Hampshire, on Shirley Road, at the junction of Waterloo Road and Roberts Road.
There was a large police presence at the scene and a cordon was put in place.
One person who witnessed the crash said: ‘The noise was absolutely terrible.
“In all the years I’ve lived here, I’ve never seen anything like this.”
An 83-year-old woman said: ‘If those cars had gone any further, my neighbour’s flat would have disappeared.

A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: ‘At around 2.20pm officers spotted a black Audi A3 in Blechynden Terrace which was then quickly driven away.
‘Officers then encountered the vehicle again at the junction of Shirley Road, Roberts Road and Waterloo Road, after it collided with a Vauxhall Corsa.
‘The driver of the Corsa suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries, while one occupant of the Audi suffered minor injuries.
‘Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.’
