Lomei Labyrinth Island, shrine walkthrough in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Lomei Labyrinth Island in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is another maze that hides two shrines: Igashuk Shrine And Mogisari Shrine. Just like the other two labyrinths in it Tears of the Kingdomthere are three parts – the surface mazethe sky mazeand the Depth maze.

The Lomei Labyrinth Island must be completed in that order, with each new stage opening as soon as the last one is completed.

If you the Labyrinth of North Lomei or the Labyrinth of South Lomei, the solution will be familiar to you. The Lomei Labyrinth Island follows the same rules as its counterparts; the first maze navigates through the darkness to get to the shrine in the center, following acorns and nuts. The Lomei Labyrinth Sky Island opens after that and is where the second shrine is, after which you enter the maze of gliders. Finally, the depths open up for a battle with the Flux Construction IIIwhere you’ll be rewarded with a piece of the Evil Spirit armor and more loot.

When you’re done, our shrine locations page or interactive Hyrule map can lead you to something else.

The Igashuk Shrine is in the center of the maze – to get there is the puzzle itself. You’ll see a research campsite at the start of the maze, where the researcher notices they’ve left acorns and nuts as a path through it. Tracking the acorns and nuts is pretty easy, but this maze is huge: the best way to get to the Igashuk Shrine and the dragon terminal is to skip the maze by dropping in from above. Once you have activated the terminal, you can start the sky maze. Again, go back to the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and launch yourself into the air. Head north towards the maze, but make sure you stop at the Sokkala Sky archipelago en route. It will have a Zonai flying device. Add the extra batteries to the existing folder – and more if you have them. It’s a long way to the sky maze.

Start rising! If your batteries are dead, you’ll need to use your Zonai charges until you’re close enough to get to the Lomei Sky Labyrinth. As you get closer you can see the glowing green of the Mogisari Shrine.

Activate the dragon terminal for the Lomei Sky Labyrinth to open the maze.

Like with the North Lomei Sky Labyrinth And South Lomei Sky Labyrinth, the minimap is essential to get through this maze. It’s a challenging maze that you must navigate using your glider and air blasts to unlock four terminals. The maze is complicated, but you will also have to control your stamina to make sure you don’t fall to the ground. This one is also much bigger than the other two, but don’t panic. With the minimap it is completely doable.

Instead of looking at the maze itself, look at your minimap and follow the blue path to reach the four terminals. I barely looked at most of the screen while navigating – just the minimap.

There isn’t much of a puzzle here, just a boss fight. Use a bright flowering seed once you are close to the ground to light up the area. Otherwise you walk around in the dark. You can see the … Flux Construction III under the grids you landed on. Go down the stairs on either side of the room to start the fight.

Fight against the Flux Construction III isn’t easy, but the strategy that consistently worked for me was targeting the Construct with a Bomb flower arrow to start the fight (and deal some extra damage).

Then attack from the platform to the Flux Construction III starts shooting blocks at me in his platform form. Dodge the blocks, but run towards them as soon as they stop. I then jump on top and use To remind to reverse them – Send Link back to the platform that created the Construct. Hit the glowing block with your weapon and the structure will fall apart. Keep hitting the glowing block and repeat if necessary. I only had to use this strategy twice before the fight was over.
