Lionel Messi And Christiano Ronaldo will make his first appearance for the same team later this year… if Carlos Tevez has his way.
The superstars of the world have gone head-to-head over the years, with their biggest battles taking place while they were at the top of the game with Barcelona And Real Madrid.
Messi and Ronaldo were used as rivals as they battled for the title Ballon d’Or with both players winning the honor a whopping 10 years in a row between 2008 and 2017.
With Messi now plying his trade in the United States with Inter Miami and Cristiano Ronaldo happy in Saudi Arabia with Al Nassr, it doesn’t look like they will be team-mates at the club before they retire in the not-so-distant future.
But fans of both players could finally see the duo share a dressing room as Tevez, a former teammate of both players, plans to invite them to his testimonial match in December.
“Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will be there,” Tevez promised.
‘If I have to, I’ll pick them myself. I have them both on WhatsApp.”

Tevez already hung up his boots in 2021, but has yet to organize a celebratory match to honor his career, despite achieving great success with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus and Boca Juniors.
Juan Roman Riquelme has granted Tevez his wish to host his testimonial match at Boca Juniors’ legendary La Bombonera Stadium, according to reports A Bola.
And both Messi and Ronaldo will top the guest list of participating stars, along with Wayne Rooney, Rio Ferdinand, Andrea Pirlo and Gianluigi Buffon.
Messi, who retired iInternational service with Argentina on Monday represented his country between 2005 and 2015 alongside Tevez.
Ronaldo and Tevez, along with Rooney, formed a lethal three-pronged attack during the Argentine’s two-year spell at Old Trafford between 2007 and 2009.
They won consecutive Premier League titles, as well as the Champions League, League Cup and Club World Cup.
Tevez did not win major honors with the Argentina national team, but did finish second in the Copa America in 2004, 2007 and 2015. He also won a gold medal with the Argentina Olympic team in 2004.
