Jesy Nelson proudly became Instagram official with her new boyfriend Ben Davies on Thursday after they enjoyed a date night at the National Television Awards.
The 35-year-old singer had walked the red carpet solo for the ceremony on Tuesday, but Ben was later spotted in the audience next to her amid her nomination in the Authored Documentary category.
And in the days following the glitzy Instagram event, the former Little Mix star officially launched their relationship as they posed for photos in their all-black outfits for the NTAs.
Although she previously shared photos in her hotel room highlighting her outfit and glamorous details, Jesy made sure to emphasize her romance in her latest post as she wrote: ‘Forgot to mention…’ alongside a Speak-No-Evil Monkey and a black heart – referencing the fact she had kept it a secret.
Jesy looked stunning in a black strapless Jessica Rabbit style dress, which she teamed with matching black long PVC gloves and showed off her leg through a long thigh slit.
Meanwhile, Ben cut a dapper figure in a black crew-neck cardigan that showed off his tattoos, with the bearded hunk teaming it with a black blazer and trousers.

Jesy’s post received a flood of comments from her fans, who were quick to share their joy at her new relationship – which followed her split from Zion Foster earlier this year.
They wrote: ‘This makes me so happy and I got to witness love at first sight’
‘So happy for you!’; ‘Wow, you look great and what a beautiful couple’
‘Awwee, beautiful Ben… good luck to you both’
‘So happy for you!! you deserve all the happiness in the world xx’.
When Jesy introduced Ben to the showbiz world on Tuesday, Ben was seen as she looked proudly as her documentary Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix was shortlisted for a NTA in the Written Documentary category.
Our Girls: The Southport Families won that category.
Jesy has been praised for helping to convince the government to announce a national rollout to screen newborns for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) after her twins, Ocean and Story, 16 months, were diagnosed with the rare genetic condition.

Jesy’s post showing her and Ben together comes after she previously shared the first photo of Ben on her Instagram page at the end of August, although the star was not fully pictured in the snap.
The singer is dating Ben after her split from her ex Zion and she posted a photo of him driving a Range Rover while holding her hand. Zion is also in a new relationship.
Ben was dressed in all black and his tattooed arms were visible, while only Jesy’s outstretched arm and hand were visible in the sweet image.
Earlier this month it was reported that one of Jesy and Ben’s dates was thwarted when they were allegedly kicked out of a swanky bar.
The former Little Mix star, who shares her children with her ex Zion, was first pictured with the landscaper, with whom she put on a romantic show.
They started the evening with a quiet trip to My Old Dutch Pancake House before heading to Madison at St Paul’s bar, where The Sun reported a fight ensued.
In video obtained by the publication, a large group was involved in an argument after Ben allegedly “got in people’s faces,” after which they were asked to leave and “the situation got quite heated as the men yelled at the bouncers.”
The insider insisted that Jesy was trying to “de-escalate the situation,” while Ben reportedly “came across as a ‘Do you know who I am?’.”

Jesy split from fiancé Zion shortly after they announced their twins’ diagnosis: a rare muscle-wasting condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 (SMA)
The Daily Mail contacted Jesy’s representatives for comment at the time.
Earlier this month, Jesy teased Ben as she showed off a man’s tattooed arm on the far left of an image posted to Jesy’s Instagram Stories, as the pair enjoyed drinks in a chic rooftop garden.
The altercation was undoubtedly an unpleasant addition to a rare day off from parenthood for Jesy, who is currently campaigning tirelessly to raise awareness for SMA Type 1 (SMA).
Ocean and Story were diagnosed with the rare muscle-wasting condition in January, shortly before Jesy and Zion announced their split.
In her recent Amazon Prime documentary, Jesy spoke in detail about the split, saying: ‘It’s very traumatic what we’ve both been through. I think it’s completely inevitable that things like this happen to couples. I don’t think it’s a shock that we broke up…
“You’re either a team or it will tear you apart and unfortunately I think that’s what it’s done to me and Zion. We’re still going, there’s no bad feeling. My main priority is them. I just want to be the best mother with the best energy and positivity possible…
“The house wasn’t like this when we were together. We both handle this situation very differently, and together we were clashing. I decided we would be better off if we broke up. It’s hard. Now it’s just me and mom.”
SMA can cause babies to become unable to sit, crawl or walk. In the most severe cases, it leaves them unable to breathe or swallow, but treatment caught early enough can significantly improve outcomes for affected children.
Testing is done by means of a simple heel prick, during which a small blood sample is taken from the baby shortly after birth.
Jesy explained how proud she is that her daughters’ story has paved the way for change and continued: ‘I’m super proud that my girls’ story is part of the change and I can’t wait when they get a little older and understand that they can tell that to them.
“I’ve always said I want this to be their little superpower and I think now I can let them know that if they understand.”
