Jesy Nelson confirms new relationship with boyfriend Ben Davies as she takes first photo of him on social media after split from ex Zion Foster

Jesy Nelson has ‘hard launched’ her new relationship with boyfriend Ben Davies by sharing the first photo of him on her Instagram page.

The 35-year-old singer, who was in a relationship with Ben following her split from her ex Zion Foster, posted a photo of him driving a Range Rover while holding her hand.

Ben was dressed in all black and his tattooed arms were visible, while only Jesy’s outstretched arm and hand were visible in the sweet image.

This is the first time Ben’s face has appeared on her platform, after she previously shared a sneak peek of their date last month.

Earlier this month it was reported that one of Jesy and Ben’s dates was thwarted when they were allegedly kicked out of a swanky bar.

The former Little Mix star, who shares 15-month-old twin daughters Ocean and Story with ex Zion, was first pictured with the landscaper, with whom she put on a romantic show.

They started the evening with a quiet trip to My Old Dutch Pancake House before heading to Madison at St Paul’s bar, where The Sun reported a fight ensued.

In video obtained by the publication, a large group was involved in an argument after Ben allegedly “got in people’s faces,” after which they were asked to leave and “the situation got quite heated as the men yelled at the bouncers.”

The insider insisted that Jesy was trying to “de-escalate the situation,” while Ben reportedly “came across as a ‘Do you know who I am?’.”

The Daily Mail contacted Jesy’s representatives for comment at the time.

Jesy looked stunning for a day out despite the drama as she wore a bra top and cycling shorts, while Ben opted for a white T-shirt with a Goyard clutch.

Earlier this month, Jesy teased a look at Ben when she showed off a man’s tattooed arm on the far left of an image posted to Jesy’s Instagram Stories, as the pair enjoyed drinks in a chic rooftop garden.

The couple have now enjoyed their hard launch during their date in Soho where they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

The altercation was undoubtedly an unpleasant addition to a rare day off from parenthood for Jesy, who is currently campaigning tirelessly to raise awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 (SMA).

Ocean and Story were diagnosed with the rare muscle-wasting condition in January, shortly before Jesy and Zion announced their split.

In her recent Amazon Prime documentary, Jesy spoke in detail about the split, saying: ‘It’s very traumatic what we’ve both been through. I think it’s completely inevitable that things like this happen to couples. I don’t think it’s a shock that we broke up…

“You’re either a team or it will tear you apart and unfortunately I think that’s what it did to me and Zion. We’re still going, there’s no bad feeling. My main priority is them. I just want to be the best mother with the best energy and positivity possible…

“The house wasn’t like this when we were together. We both handle this situation very differently, and together we were clashing. I decided we would be better off if we broke up. It’s hard. Now it’s just me and mom.”

SMA can cause babies to become unable to sit, crawl or walk. In the most severe cases, it stops breathing or swallowing, but treatment caught early enough can significantly improve outcomes for affected children.

Testing is done by means of a simple heel prick, during which a small blood sample is taken from the baby shortly after birth.

Jesy explained how proud she is that her daughters’ story has paved the way for change and continued: ‘I’m super proud that my girls’ story is part of the change and I can’t wait when they get a little older and understand that they can tell that.

“I’ve always said I want this to be their little superpower and I think now I can let them know that if they understand.”

After the first decision in parliament last month, Jesy was seen choking back tears as she told interviewers: ‘I’ll be completely honest, I was absolutely furious. I feel so abandoned.’

And reflecting on the emotional day, she told the Daily Mail: ‘I’m such a big manifester. I truly believe that if you put your mind to it and put it out there, you can make it happen.

‘But I think I was devastated when I went to Parliament and they said they weren’t going to roll it out across Britain. I was absolutely devastated.’
