Denise Richards has made no secret of the fact that she went under the knife for a facelift.
So it was no surprise to see her walking the red carpet with her plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei at the 2026 Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles.
The Wild Things actress, 55, looked fresh and wrinkle-free as she posed for photos in a sheer dress with floral embroidery.
After posing alone, she was joined by Dr. Talei, who looked dapper in a powder blue suit.
The Beverly Hills-based surgeon was behind the star’s deep-plane facelift, which cost approximately $200,000.
Richards also received a brow lift, an upper eye lift, a lip lift and fat grafting from her own thighs to her neck and face.

“Originally I had thought about just doing my neck,” she previously shared on Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast.
“And then a friend of mine, she’s very famous, and she’s not public about hers, and she said to me, ‘You have to do the whole thing.’
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had previously only used Botox and fillers, but she finally decided to go all out with her facial makeover.
“The only analogy I can give is like you’re remodeling a house and you decorate one room and the room looks beautiful, but it doesn’t match the rest of the house,” she explained.
She then talked about the work of Dr. Talei and called it “flawless.”
“He did the neck, lower face, upper and brow lift. The only thing it didn’t do was my lower eyelids. He did my upper eyelids.’
She added: ‘It was the best thing I did for myself.’
Richards is not the only one in her family to go under the knife: her daughter Sami Sheen will have a nose job in 2024.

Sheen’s surgery was documented on Bravo’s Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, with Sami seeking out famed surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar for one of his famous ‘Scarless Nose’ jobs.
It is a closed rhinoplasty that involves making incisions inside the nose so that none of the incisions are visible from the outside, and produces more natural results when done correctly.
Open rhinoplasties can sometimes lead to scarring on the underside of the nose, especially on the columella, the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.
A scarless rhinoplasty costs roughly between $19,000 and $24,000, and healing can take as little as a week.
Dr. Dugar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have undergone rhinoplasty have done so with a closed, scarless approach.

“I’m part of an 80-year-old practice here in Beverly Hills that does celebrity rhinoplasties and I can tell you that most celebrity rhinoplasties are closed scarless rhinoplasties for the sake of discretion,” he told the Daily Mail in 2024.
‘They don’t want people to know they’ve had a nose job. There is still a taboo and a stigma no matter who you are. They want very natural results that look like this is what they were born with,” he continued.
“The cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, the Turkish upturned nose job, the ‘Barbie nose’ as they call it, everyone knows you can’t really be born with that.”
Sheen, who now works as the creator of OnlyFans, has also undergone breast augmentation, fillers and Botox, and also has porcelain veneers.
Richards is also one of the top creators on OnlyFans, with the actress raking in over six figures a month from the site.
Outside of OnlyFans, Richards currently stars in The Bold and the Beautiful.
