The widow of hairy biker Dave Myers is selling some of his belongings at auction, including his riding gear, signature vests and Strictly Come Dancing outfit.
Liliana, 59, is parting with about 300 of her late husband’s treasured items at a sale to be held on what would have been his 69th birthday on September 8.
The auction will feature items related to the famous TV chef’s career, personal belongings, as well as antiques, paintings and works of art collected during his colorful life.
A handwritten letter from Sir Roger Moore is also part of the collection that is being auctioned.
Dave, best known as one half of the cooking double act The Hairy Bikers alongside Si King, died of cancer in 2024 at the age of 66.
The items will go under the hammer at Special Auction Services in Newbury and the part of the proceeds will go to NSPCC Childline.

Liliana, 59, is parting with about 300 of her late husband’s treasured items at a sale to be held on what would have been his 69th birthday on September 8.
Lili spoke about the sale on This Morning this week, saying: ‘I wanted to celebrate his birthday in a special way, and I know he loved the audience and his fans very much.
“He was larger than life, and what better way to celebrate his life than to give some of his prized possessions to the public. It healed a lot. Mourning is something very personal. Sadness comes in many different forms.
“It’s a way to celebrate him, the wonderful person he was, the explosion of energy he was.”
She also explained that Dave’s Strictly shoes are being auctioned off, saying: ‘He brought home two pairs, I kept one and one is here. He absolutely loved that experience.
‘The man couldn’t dance, and neither could Karen [Hauer] his dance partner said of him: ‘Dave, you don’t have two left feet, you have seven left feet.’ And she had to teach him to walk straight before he did any dance steps…he walked at an angle.
“She tied him up with straps and made him walk right in front of everything!”
Last March the last bike Dave rode on the BBC show Hairy Bikers sold for a whopping five-figure sum, with the proceeds going to two charities.
Lili told how she wanted his last bike, which featured on the BBC’s Hairy Bikers Go West, to go to a good home.
The BSA Goldstar went under the hammer at the National Motorcycle Museum near Solihull and sold for a whopping £15,800, with the proceeds going to two charities.

Lilian told about the sale BBC: ‘That bike still has its DNA… I really hope the person who gets it will love it.’
“I’m really happy to see that this bike is loved so much, and I’m sure the person who received it will love it as much as Dave does,” she added.
The bike was sold to Si Harrison, who was friends with Dave, and the money was donated to NSPCC Childline and CancerCare North Lancashire & South Cumbria.
Harrison said purchasing the vehicle meant “so much” to him and shared his plans to ride it on Dave Day, when the cycling community comes together to remember Myers.
“I couldn’t think of a bike I’d rather be on, and the idea of riding Dave Day meant so much to me,” he said.
The first Dave Day took place in June 2024 and saw thousands of motorcyclists travel from London to Myers’ birthplace in Barrow-in-Furness to celebrate the celebrity chef.
The memorable ride, in which 20,000 motorcyclists took part, also raised a whopping £127,000 for charity.
