‘He was an absolute star, irreplaceable. Once you met him, you’d never forget him,’ Jude’s head coach Craig Turner told the BBC.

“The fact that he came from one of the most deprived boroughs in Britain to do what he did and achieve what he did is incredible.

‘He was outstanding in everything he did and we are devastated. She didn’t burn for long, but she did burn very brightly for as long as she did.

TO GoFundMe Page has been created by his coach Downend to support his parents, Mark and Carla, and brothers, Ethan and Beau.

He says: “Jude was a highly talented and physically fit 19-year-old boxer who was tragically taken from us on March 17, 2023.

“Her parents, Mark and Carla, and her siblings, Ethan and Beau, currently have no answers as to what happened to this larger-than-life character.

“While nothing anyone can say or do can lessen the sense of loss felt by them and everyone who knew Jude, we can show them our love and support with a donation toward funeral costs that should never be.

‘RIP Jude Moore: Once known, never forgotten. Your donations will be sent to the Downend Boxing Club account and then to Jude’s parents.

“We’re raising funds as Jude’s coaches, friends and people who love him.”
