A brand new documentary called The Crouches starring Peter Crouch and his wife Abbey Clancy has been confirmed as Prime Video released a first look at the series on Thursday.
The show follows ex-footballer Peter, 45, and model Abbey, 40, as they navigate a new renovation project after leaving their £3million home, big birthdays, weddings, changing priorities and their children starting to leave the nest.
The couple have four children: Sophia Ruby, 15, Liberty Rose, 11, Johnny, eight, and seven-year-old Jack.
Abbey and Peter have said it will be a “warts and all” look at their daily lives and will include some moments they “may regret showing the cameras”, as they promised the series would rival The Kardashians.
In the series, the biggest change of all will be them packing up their things and leaving the house they’ve lovingly designed from scratch, to tackle a brand new redesign project.
With an offer already accepted on their current home – a custom build complete with 8-foot doors for Pete’s stately frame – a move-in date is looming.
But while Abbey deals with the renovations, Pete is about to leave for the World Cup, leaving her to juggle the kids, pets and a building site.

Abbey has turned forty and has decided that roles within the family need to be redefined. After making sacrifices for Pete’s football career, she now makes her goals a priority… but will Pete play along?
Speaking about the upcoming series, Peter said: “We are so excited about our new series with Prime Video. I absolutely loved making That Peter Crouch Film, so much so that this time I’ve somehow managed to get Abbey and the whole family involved!
“It’s a little scary because it’s warts and all, but I’m sure you’ll enjoy laughing along with us (probably at us). There will be a lot of chaos and we will probably regret showing the cameras for a few moments, some ups and some downs, but it will be us.
‘Our life should be beautiful, calm and simple… it’s not. Watch out Kardashians, we’re coming for you.’
The docuseries will launch on Prime Video in 2027.
Two initial images showed them being followed by the cameras, while another showed them clinking glasses in an empty kitchen as they prepared to leave their family home to take on a new renovation project.
Earlier this summer it was announced that the couple had moved to Portugal while some of the work on the new home was being carried out.
Abbey said on their podcast in July: ‘Obviously we’ve sold our house, we were looking for a new house, we thought we’d try and live in Portugal for a while.

“We absolutely loved it and you know it works out perfectly for us because you know we can renovate our new house and we all come back and it’s done.”
“The kids loved it and you know it was just a great experience.”
The couple has legions of fans thanks to their hilarious podcast in which they discuss their fun relationship.
Earlier this month on the Abbey podcast said she felt “physically sick and so upset” after going through Peter’s phone and discovering his secret celebrity crush.
The beauty revealed she looked at the ex-footballer’s messages behind his back and ended up giving him the silent treatment for two days after what she found.
On their podcast, Abbey admitted: “I searched your phone,” to which Peter replied: “Which you shouldn’t do.”
In an attempt to justify her actions, she said, “Everyone does that, every girl does that.”
Abbey continued, “But by doing that, I learn things about you.
“I found out you had a crush on Jet from the Gladiators, which I stopped talking to him about two days later and he said, ‘Abbey, she’s like 60,’ and I said, ‘I don’t care, it made me physically ill,’ I was so upset.”
Peter replied: ‘But I like someone from 25 years ago…’
Abbey replied, “I know, but I still know my husband is in love with someone else.”
Peter explained: ‘That was a long time for you too, I was about 14 when I watched Jet.’
Jet, real name Diane Youdale, was one of the main cast members of the original British series Gladiators from 1992 to 1996.
Abbey snapped, “So! And at the same time I find out you’re planning this golf trip.”
Peter explained that he likes to “have all his ducks in a row” before raising them with his wife.
Abbey replied, “But you won’t tell me until the day before Pete.” Peter replied, “Would I like a month of hell or a day of hell?”
