Taylor, 33, who was spotted getting cozy with co-star Leonardo DiCaprio earlier this month, submitted documents obtained by TMZ to have a child psychologist testify.

The actress wants a child psychologist to testify about something that happened a few weeks ago when their children — 8-year-old Junie and 3-year-old Rue — were with 33-year-old Shumpert.

The former NBA star had an unidentified girlfriend and her daughter stay at his house during his parental weekend with Junie and Rue.

She is also asking for a financial expert to testify, as she claims Shumpert withdrew nearly $4 million from multiple shared accounts.

The new legal wrinkle comes just months after Taylor accused Shumpert of turning off the utilities at the Atlanta home she shares with their children.
