Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert’s ongoing divorce drama with ex Iman Shumpert has taken a new twist, with Taylor accusing Shumpert of “confusing” their children.
Taylor, 33, who was spotted getting cozy with co-star Leonardo DiCaprio earlier this month, submitted documents obtained by TMZ to have a child psychologist testify.
The actress wants a child psychologist to testify about something that happened a few weeks ago when their children — 8-year-old Junie and 3-year-old Rue — were with 33-year-old Shumpert.
The former NBA star had an unidentified girlfriend and her daughter stay at his house during his parental weekend with Junie and Rue.
Taylor clarified that she knew they were there because she saw the friend’s daughter and heard the friend during a FaceTime check-in.

She also added that the friend and her daughter were later seen at SkyZone with Taylor and Shumpert’s children.
The White Man Can’t Jump actress claimed in the documents that her eldest Junie was “confused” when she saw Shumpert sharing a bed with the friend.
She claims in the documents that Shumpert told Junie that the boyfriend was staying with him because her house was “broken.”
Taylor claims Shumpert doesn’t need the woman and her daughter around during his weekends with the kids.
The documents indicate that Shumpert gets the children the first and third weekend of the month, plus certain Fridays.
The actress claims that Shumpert doesn’t really realize the impact seeing him with another woman has on their children, which is why she wants a child psychologist to testify.
She is also asking for a financial expert to testify, as she claims Shumpert withdrew nearly $4 million from multiple shared accounts.
The new legal wrinkle comes just months after Taylor accused Shumpert of turning off the utilities at the Atlanta home she shares with their children.
She also added that the friend and her daughter were later seen at SkyZone with Taylor and Shumpert’s children.

Teyana tried to hold her soon-to-be ex responsible for turning off the cable and internet on January 23 and the water service on January 24 at the Atlanta-area home the couple used to share.
The Book of Clarence star also claimed Iman had failed to pay child support for their two daughters, Iman – nicknamed Junie – eight and Rue, three, with the exception of paying Junie’s school fees.
The filing also revealed that the former Cleveland Cavalier left home in October after news of the divorce became public and returned to his hometown of Chicago.
She claims he has not kept his promises to pay for about $200,000 worth of home renovations that began before the divorce, including repairing the security gate on the property.
