Simon Cowell looks unrecognizable as he heads home with his partner Lauren Silverman from the benefit ball

Simon Cowell looked unrecognizable as he headed home from the Together For Short Lives ball in London after hosting the star-studded charity event on Friday night with Lauren Silverman.

The television personality, 63, and her partner, 45, set off on their chauffeured ride home from the annual ball that raises money for young people affected by a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.

Celebrities were photographed leaving the duo in the English capital on Friday night, including Christine McGuinness, who really stole the show in her floor-length pink dress and Peter Andre, who looked dapper in an all-black suit.

In recent months, Simon’s appearance has raised concerns about his radically different facial features appearing ultra-smooth and with less movement in his expressions.

During the evening, Simon placed a bid and won a piece of art by Nelson Mandela, called ‘Peace’, for £22,000.

At the London venue, the stars were promised an unforgettable night with world-class entertainment to convince them to donate large sums of cash to the charity.

They support the community of youth living with life-limiting health conditions by providing people to talk to in times of need.

It’s the UK’s first dedicated support service for young people, “so that no child, sister, brother or friend is left alone struggling on their own,” reads the charity’s oath.
