Anne Hathaway shows off her endless legs in a black mini dress at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival

Anne Hathaway flaunted her long legs at the premiere of her new movie Eileen at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday.

The 40-year-old actress strutted the carpet in a sensational black mini dress as she posed up a storm for the cameras at the event, which was held at the Eccles Center Theatre.

The dress she chose sported a wispy check pattern that was made of lace material and had a semi-sheer back, which she was happy to show off.

She teamed her all-black ensemble with tights, lace-up boots, and a large puffer jacket.

The Les Miserables actress styled her brown hair into a windswept style and kept her makeup very natural with simple eyeshadow and light red lipstick.

As accessories, the beauty wore a small bag, a small gold necklace, gold earrings, a silver bracelet and several rings.

The Oscar winner was joined on the carpet by her co-star Thomasin McKenzie, and the two looked very friendly as they shared a few laughs and posed together.

Thomasin donned an all-black ensemble, except for the white collar of her oversized jacket.

She kept the jacket buttoned up over a black dress that hit her mid-thigh and wore a pair of black stockings underneath.

The 22-year-old also wore a pair of black lace-up boots with a silver buckle and kept her accessories to a minimum, with just a simple pair of pearl earrings.

Her short blonde hair was swept back and to the side, and for her makeup, she chose a light smokey eye.

The co-stars were joined on the carpet by other cast members and the creative team; most dressed in black.

While walking the carpet, the cast and crew participated in various interviews about their upcoming film.

Eileen was adapted from Ottessa Moshfegh’s debut novel and is an offbeat period noir about a young woman who works in a Massachusetts prison.

Thomasin plays the titular Eileen and Anne the femme fatale of the prison guard with whom he becomes entangled.

The film was directed by William Oldroyd (Lady Macbeth). The script was co-written by the book’s writer Ottessa Moshfegh and Luke Goebel (Causeway).

It was produced by Anthony Bregman, Stefanie Azpiazu, Peter Cron, as well as Luke, Ottessa, and William.

Alongside Anne and Thomasin, Eileen also stars Shea Whigham, Marin Ireland and Owen Teague.

When talking about the movie with vanity fairAnne shared how difficult it was to categorize the film and how, when it came time for the first rehearsal, she was still trying to figure it out.

“As you can imagine, over the course of the last few decades, I’ve read a number of scripts,” he said.

‘But I had to sit with this one. I had to go back to it. I had to get away from it. He continued to reveal himself to me.

Eventually, the actress and her collaborators settled on the most concise description to guide them. ‘Carol knows Reservoir Dogs.’ She added: ‘But that helped!’

Both Anne and Thomasin got their start in film at a young age. The former played the iconic Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries movies, alongside Julie Andrews.

Thomasin landed her first major role in Jojo Rabbit, the Oscar-winning film written and directed by Taika Waititi.
