Sarah Jayne Dunn has revealed the secrets to her impressive physique as she insisted she ‘doesn’t take her health for granted’.
The former Hollyoaks star, 44, has regularly shared glimpses of her grueling training regime on social media, including her impressive pole fitness skills.
Sarah has now told the Daily Mail that she wants to ‘be a role model’ for other women by proving that bodies ‘don’t always have to be smaller’.
The star, who also shares lingerie-clad photos on OnlyFans, said ‘consistency’ has helped her maintain her figure, and her workout routine has helped her feel ‘connected to her body’.
She said: ‘Obviously you know I’m obsessed with pole fitness, so that’s really become my personality.
“Because I have that and I love it and I want to get better at it and I’m not competing with anyone else but me, everything contributes to that.

“So I weight train because that’s so important for women, especially women as we get older. It is important that we lift heavy weights.
‘But that is also a good addition to pole training for me, because I want to be strong so that I can lift myself onto the pole and do new tricks.
‘It makes me feel good, it gives me self-confidence. It makes me feel connected to my body and that I am very proud of my body and what it can do.
‘It never ceases to amaze me that I have managed to grow a person and that I can still do that, the way I can do these things. The way your body is, it’s what you put into it.
“So I guess that’s just it. I don’t take my health and fitness for granted and I really work with it. I refuel myself. I am aware that my body needs nutrients and important things and I do not neglect that.’
Sarah, who shares son Stanley, 10, with her husband Jonathan Smith, added: ‘I think society has told women that we need to be smaller and I think there’s a real influx of this at the moment that you’re seeing all over social media and in the press and I think it’s another way of controlling women.
‘I think I actually want to be that role model where other women see me and see that I am strong, healthy and eat well.
‘Your body needs fuel. You are so active. It’s like not putting gas in your car. It won’t work if there’s no fuel.
