Rachel Stevens and her ex-husband Alex Bourne made a handsome profit of £300,000 just weeks before announcing she would be reuniting with S Club 7.
In February, the couple, who split in July, sold their five-bedroom family home in north London for £1.625 million.
The couple, who have two children, had only moved into the house three years earlier and paid £1.34 million for the property with an en-suite bathroom, master bedroom, large lawned garden and three reception rooms.
The sale came just as S Club 7 announced that same month that they would be reuniting for a 25th Anniversary tour in October.
Rachel announced her split from high school sweetheart Alex in July after 12 years of marriage.

She shared the sad news on Instagram Stories, writing, “I wanted to share all that with you, after time and consideration the difficult decision has been made for Alex and I to part ways.
“Although we are no longer partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenting our beautiful girls and continue to love and respect each other.
“I am so incredibly grateful for the life we built together and I will now continue to focus on moving forward as a united family.”
Rachel and Alex share two children, Amelie, 12, and Minnie, nine.
Last month it emerged that Rachel is in a relationship with her Dancing On Ice partner Brendyn Hatfield, following her divorce from Alex last year.
Meanwhile, Brendyn also divorced his wife, fellow pro skater Jessica.
A source told The sun on Sunday: ‘Rachel had a really great friendship and partnership with Brendyn and it continues to develop.
“They are really in love and looking forward to the future. She didn’t expect to find love again at this stage in her life, but she feels positive about what’s to come and hopeful about a fresh start.

Heart FM host Rachel and Brendyn first met when they started training for Dancing On Ice in November 2021.
They became friends, but in January last year became the third couple to be voted out of the competition.
Rachel has been going through a rough time lately, having lost her boyfriend and S Club bandmate Paul Cattermole, who died suddenly at his home in Dorset earlier this month aged 46.
Rachel paid a heartfelt tribute to Paul Cattermole, with whom she and the rest of the band would embark on a celebratory 25th anniversary UK tour in October this year.
While the tour is still going ahead, the band is in shock over his untimely passing and Rachel issued a personal statement on her Instagram page last week.
She thanked fans for their “outpouring” of support and said she hoped her late boyfriend “knew how loved he was.”
Accompanying a black and white photo of Paul from the band’s heyday, she wrote: “Thank you so much for all your beautiful messages of love and support.
“The outpouring of love for our Paul has been so incredibly special and meant so much, I hope he knew how loved he was.

She continued, “Such a kind, gentle and sensitive soul with the most incredible energy and such a wild free spirit. He would light up any room.
“We are heartbroken but so grateful for the memories we all shared, an absolute shining star who we will always love and miss. RIP dear Paul.’
Paul was found at his home in Dorset on the morning of Thursday, April 6, and was pronounced dead in the afternoon, his family said the following day.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
