Made In Chelsea star Maeva D’Ascanio revealed she was induced on Sunday after being eight days late to welcome her first child.
The French reality star, 30, shared a video of herself in hospital over the weekend as doctors tried to give birth.
Fiancee James Taylor was in the room with her, but was busy watching the World Cup, joking, “call me later when the baby comes!”

Maeva showed off her burgeoning baby bump in a video before going over to James who was in a hospital match to watch the match.
As Maeva asked how he was doing, James joked, “It’s the World Cup! I’m busy. Call me later when the baby arrives.’
Hours before she was induced, the starlet showed off her baby bump as she posed in a black bra.
The sassy star paired her underwear with comfy gray sweatpants.

Maeva wore her brunette locks in loose waves, highlighting her natural beauty with minimal makeup.
Last week, Maeva posted another lingerie shot to her Instagram as she and fiancé James Taylor, 27, prepare to welcome their baby boy.
The reality star recently admitted on Made In Chelsea that she hoped her baby wouldn’t be a Sagittarius because she thinks people with that zodiac sign are “pieces of s**t.”
In one of her Instagram stories, Maeva wrote, “Yeah yeah yeah he’s going to be a Sagittarius, y’all can laugh about it. Yes, I didn’t want a Sagittarius baby because of a lot of people I know who are “pieces of shit”.

“But when I think about it, I’ve also met a sh***y Scorpio or two, so ultimately Sagittarius people aren’t all assholes and I can’t put them all in the same basket.”
Not long after, the reality star backtracked on her claims when she asked fans not to take her comments seriously after it emerged that her baby will be the sign of the Sagittarius.
“It’s not your sign that makes you an a**, it’s just you being you.” So please don’t take that too seriously because I made one comment about Chelsea! You go on now,’ she said.
Maeva announced in May that she was pregnant Hello! magazine at the time: ‘All my dreams come true at the same time. I still don’t believe it! It’s all great – I just want to enjoy it as much as possible.”
James said, “We are more excited every day. My father told me that when he had his first child, he never thought he could love anything so much.

The couple, who have been together for three years, got engaged in April while visiting Rome’s Trevi Fountain.
James proposed with a 2.5-carat pear-shaped diamond engagement ring he designed — and had already asked Maeva’s father for permission to marry her last year.
The engagement may have come as a surprise to some Made In Chelsea viewers after James admitted kissing another girl behind Maeva’s back on the show earlier this year, in what he described as a “drunken night” at a London club.
James’ romantic gesture also came weeks after he rejected Maeva when she got down on one knee in scenes filmed for the E4 series.
