Paddy McGuinness felt like reminiscing on Wednesday.

The Top Gear star, 49, shared a hilarious throwback photo with his two million Instagram followers, in which he looked completely unrecognizable.

Declare ‘can a photo get more 90s than this?’ Paddy was seen with long, curly hair and wearing a showy tracksuit and baggy jeans.
