Lots of these honorees have increased since then to lead companies and shape the direction of the industry, and come from top financing firms including Goldman Sachs, Blackstone and Citadel.

Criteria and methodology
We ask that nominees be 35 years or younger as of October 31, 2026, be based in the US, work in front-office roles and stand out from their peers.
