Nathan Massey showed off his toned physique and impressive weight loss on Instagram on Thursday after an incredible seven-month body transformation.
The Love Island winner, 34, told his followers he was prompted to take action after being shocked by an unflattering photo a friend took of him on holiday.
Nathan uploaded the image, which showed him from behind, along with another ‘before’ photo, promising to change the way he looked.
The father-of-two wrote over his photos: ‘A year ago I thought I was in great shape until my boyfriend took a photo of me from behind and I was shocked…
“So I thought it was time for a change.”
Alongside the final image of him looking noticeably slimmer and fitter, Nathan shared: ‘We’re now seven months in and I’m feeling great! Life is about balance…’

Nathan looked confident as he took off his top for a mirror selfie at the gym, while the star wore navy blue shorts and white trainers.
The reality star also captioned his post: “Life isn’t about extremes – it’s about balance, consistency and just keeping yourself moving.”
Nathan’s post received many supportive messages from his fans and showbiz friends, with Emmerdale’s Danny Miller saying: ‘Keep going son!!!’
While podcaster Jamie Morton added: ‘Smashing it mate.’
Hours earlier, Nathan gave another glimpse of his newly groomed physique as he dressed to go to a football match, with fans once again commenting on his new look.
Nathan won the second series of Love Island together with Cara De La Hoyde in 2016.
The couple married before welcoming two children, son Freddie-George and daughter Delilah.
And it looks like the pair won’t be adding to their brood anytime soon, as earlier this week Nathan was ‘forced’ to book a vasectomy.

During their Fubar radio show, Not In Front Of The Kids, Cara, 36, revealed she was ‘desperate’ for Nathan to undergo the procedure as she didn’t want to have any more children.
Nathan then set out a challenge to get ‘500 comments and 3,000 likes’ on their Instagram page, with the TV star agreeing to ‘book’ the vasectomy if the target was met.
Cara shared her reason for wanting her husband to undergo the procedure, explaining, “If we have sex, there’s still a chance I could get pregnant.
‘I don’t want to have an abortion. There’s no way I’m going to have another child, and I don’t want to mentally and physically do that to myself.”
She added that after giving birth to two children, Nathan “has a little split in your ball sack” is nothing like what she experienced during childbirth.
Nathan protested, “It’s the Crown Jewels man, what if things go wrong?”
While the couple has indeed achieved their goal, they have yet to update fans on whether the vasectomy will go ahead.
