The Biggest Loser trainer quickly slashed its $7 million price tag to $6.5 million in February, but struggled to find a buyer.
It also failed to find a buyer at auction in March for $4.825 million, and was then entrusted to Ray White Bowral, who hoped to get between $4.6 million and $4.8 million for it.
Unfortunately, Bridges couldn’t find a buyer at that price either and ended up selling it for $4.5 million.
Bridges still made a nice profit on the property, having originally bought it for $2.7 million in 2018.
In 2020, Bridges sold her Potts Point unit for $6.4 million, having bought it for $2.9 million in 2013.
